No. Automatic starts with three questions: Growth plan, open during the trial. Manual keeps the full setup, from Starter. Both sit in "Launch a campaign".
Does the AI reply in my place?
Only if you decide so. It prepares drafts that you review. Automatic reply is an option of the Growth plan, off by default.
Can my LinkedIn account be restricted?
The risk exists with any tool: LinkedIn bans automation. Sales Farmer sets caps, ramps up slowly and pauses when LinkedIn refuses. It guarantees nothing.
How much does Sales Farmer cost?
Starter $15 a month, Growth $39, Team $19 per seat. 14-day trial, no credit card.
Your LinkedIn searches, turned into a campaign in one click.
The extension adds a button to your LinkedIn and Sales Navigator searches. Profiles go straight into the campaign you pick, with their name, company and job title. It is mostly used in the Manual mode of "Launch a campaign".
How do you extract the profiles of a LinkedIn search?
Open a LinkedIn or Sales Navigator search, then click the Sales Farmer extension button. The profiles go into the campaign of your choice, with their name, title and company. A Sales Navigator subscription is not needed. A filter keeps profiles active in the last 30 days.
Updated
From LinkedIn or Sales Navigator
A regular search is enough. If you already have Sales Navigator, its filters let you go narrower.
From a CSV or by hand
Already have a list? Import it as a CSV, or add a profile you know.
Active profiles only
The "Active on LinkedIn in the last 30 days" filter drops dormant accounts. Your invites go to people who will actually see them.
From a post
People who react to or comment on a post are often your warmest leads. The extension grabs them too.
The lead list
Every lead, at its own stage.
First name, last name, company, titleEditable, and exportable to CSV whenever you want.
Where each lead standsInvited, accepted, message sent, reply received: one icon per stage.
Add leads along the wayA running campaign still takes new leads.
Good to know. Extraction only sees what LinkedIn lets you see. A profile outside your network may show up without a full name, depending on your account type.
Limits and risks
Extracting profiles is not contacting them: invitation limits apply afterwards.
LinkedIn may limit very repetitive searches. Keep a human pace.
Not sure which filters to pick? Tell us who you are and what you sell. Find prospects works out the job title to target, runs the search and sets up the campaign. This search by job title and industry is a link in "Launch a campaign", for regulars. To start faster, Automatic mode (Growth plan, open during the trial) picks the profiles to watch for you.
You describe your business in one sentence, or paste your website address. Sales Farmer turns it into three lines: what you sell, to whom, and who to leave out. It then searches profiles by job title and industry and prepares the campaign. You read the list before anything is sent.
Updated
Three steps
From a description to a campaign.
1
What do you do?
Sales rep, real estate agent, founder, recruiter, marketer. Your pick shapes the messages we suggest.
2
Describe your business
A few sentences will do, like "I build websites for law firms."
3
Your lead list
Check the profiles you want to keep, export them to CSV or open the campaign that's already set up. Profiles with no activity in 30 days are hidden.
What Find prospects won't do. It can't guess your market for you. The sharper your description, the better the list. A vague sentence gets you a vague list.
Limits and risks
The search depends on what LinkedIn shows: a target that is too broad brings people off topic.

What is a LinkedIn prospecting sequence?
A sequence is the series of messages sent to one person: invitation, message after acceptance, then follow-ups, each with its own delay. It can mix LinkedIn and email on the Growth plan, and it stops as soon as the person replies, so nobody who answered gets chased.
Updated
A message about the right person.
Messages can cite the role, city and company. If something is missing, a fallback text steps in.

Limits and risks
Email steps need the Growth plan and a connected mailbox. Deliverability depends on the sender.
A message you did not read can sound generic: read it before you launch.
For each campaign, a funnel by step: how many accept, how many reply, how many book a meeting. Enough to compare two messages or two audiences without a spreadsheet.
Look at where people drop off: prospects found, invited, accepted, messages sent, replies, meetings. Sales Farmer shows each step with its rate and says what it is calculated on. One click on a number opens the list of people. A weekly email report is available if you turn it on.
Updated
Acceptance rate
Invites accepted out of invites sent. It tells you how good your targeting is.
Reply rate
Replies out of total leads. It tells you how good your message is.
The people behind the numbers
Click a number to see who accepted and who replied, with their LinkedIn profile.
A useful benchmark. The large 2026 studies put average acceptance between 20 and 30%, and replies around 10%. A small, well-targeted list often beats a big one. The details are in our article on LinkedIn rates.
Limits and risks
Under 20 people, a rate says almost nothing: the tool flags it instead of drawing a conclusion.
Blog benchmarks come from tool vendors and their customer bases. They are not neutral panels.
Sales Farmer sets a cap of invitations per day and per week, time slots and a delay between two tasks. A new campaign starts at 8 invitations a day, then climbs 20% a week. A circuit breaker stops sending when LinkedIn refuses. These rules lower the risk without removing it.
Updated
Invites per day
From 0 to 120. We recommend 40, and fewer for a new account.
Messages per day
From 0 to 120. We recommend 50.
Time slots
One slot for each day of the week. The default is 8 am to 6 pm.
Delay between tasks
From 1 to 10 minutes. We recommend 2 minutes.
Let's be straight. No automation tool makes an account untouchable, so be wary of any that promise it. LinkedIn mostly restricts accounts that send lots of invites nobody accepts. Tight targeting protects you as much as a low cap does.
What about Growth plan emails? They don't go through the extension. Our servers send them through the outgoing server of your own mailbox, with an app password stored encrypted, which you can revoke with your provider. Each mailbox has its own cap: 30 emails a day by default, 100 at most.
Where is your data? The app and its data are hosted in the European Union, in Frankfurt.
The Team plan costs $19 per seat per month, on one invoice. Each rep connects their own LinkedIn account and runs campaigns with their own limits. Growth features, including automatic mode, are not part of a seat. The trial lasts 14 days with no credit card.

Questions
The extension, in plain terms.
Does my computer need to stay on?
Yes. Tasks go out when Chrome is open and you're logged in to LinkedIn. If your computer is off, the campaign waits and picks up at the next slot.
Do my LinkedIn credentials go through your servers?
No. The extension uses the session already open in your browser. You never give us your LinkedIn password.
Does it work in other browsers?
The extension is built for Chrome. Chromium-based browsers usually accept it, but we can't guarantee it.
Can I use it without a running campaign?
Yes, to extract profiles and build a list. It sends nothing until a campaign is launched.
Limits and risks
The extension has to run: Chrome open, LinkedIn signed in. With the computer off, the campaign waits for the next slot.
2026 press investigations say LinkedIn's site detects browser extensions. We do not know whether Sales Farmer's is on its list.
You do everything yourself. Sales Farmer handles your LinkedIn prospecting while you take care of the clients you already have.
In short
A solopreneur prospects on LinkedIn when there's time, which means rarely. With Sales Farmer in Automatic mode, you describe your business once, check the people found and the first message, then only come back to reply. The AI finds who to contact and follows up: that is the Growth plan, open during the trial. In Manual mode, from Starter, it costs about as much as a streaming subscription and takes five minutes to set up.
How do you find clients on LinkedIn as a freelancer?
Contact few people, but the right ones, with a real reason to write. Sales Farmer suggests people who reacted to a competitor or changed jobs, you approve them, then it sends and follows up. Plan a few minutes a week. Starter costs $15 a month, no commitment.

Prospect without stopping your work
You don't have a salesperson. Sales Farmer runs in the background while you deliver for clients, and it doesn't ask for an hour of your day.
Stay visible without thinking about it
Regular, personalized follow-ups with your network, even in the weeks when you have no time to think about it.
Don't rely on a single source of clients
Word of mouth and referrals show up when they feel like it. Prospecting that runs all the time smooths out the slow months.
How it works
Three steps, that's it.
1Step 1

Each person found comes with the reason to contact them and a first message you can edit. Nothing goes out before you click.
3Step 3
Reply from the app

FAQ
Common questions
Is LinkedIn useful for a real estate agent?
Yes, to reach groups you can spot by job and city. It adds to fieldwork and your local network, it does not replace them.
How do you get listings from LinkedIn?
Target situations that come before a sale: leaving the area, retirement, a change in assets. Keep up with referrers and post once a week.
How many invitations should I send per day?
Start at 5 per working day, then move up to about twenty if your acceptance rate holds. Reports put the limit near 100 per week.
Can I prospect private individuals on LinkedIn?
Yes, within GDPR. Introduce yourself clearly, write only to people your message can help, and remove anyone who asks to stop.
LinkedIn prospecting for all your clients, in one place.
The Team plan puts your team's LinkedIn accounts on a single invoice, with one campaign and one set of tracking per client.
In short
An agency that prospects on LinkedIn for its clients needs three things: one campaign per client, simple numbers to show, and a tool the team picks up fast. With Sales Farmer, every LinkedIn account that prospects gets its own Team seat, all on one invoice, and every campaign shows its acceptance rate and reply rate.
How do you manage LinkedIn prospecting for several clients?
Create one campaign per client, with its own target, sequence and tracking. Sales Farmer keeps each campaign's results separate and bills on one invoice. Each LinkedIn account has its own limits. The Growth plan runs up to 3 LinkedIn accounts in parallel.

Your reps don't need one more piece of software to learn. They need their invitations and follow-ups to go out without having to think about it.
In short
A sales team gets more out of a shared LinkedIn prospecting tool when each rep keeps their own account and their own messages. Sales Farmer is sold by the seat and takes one morning to learn: each rep prepares their campaign, step by step, and launches. It never follows up with a prospect who has already replied.
How do you start LinkedIn prospecting for a sales team?
Add your reps by email: each connects their LinkedIn account and follows their campaigns. Learning the tool takes a morning. The Team plan costs $19 per seat per month, on one invoice. Each rep approves their own people before anything is sent.

How does the “first reply in 30 days” guarantee work?
If nobody replied 30 days after your first payment, we refund it. Condition: a campaign launched and 100 invitations sent. Email [email protected].
What does “price locked for life” mean?
For any subscription started before December 31, 2026, your price stays the same while the subscription is active. After a cancellation, the current price applies.
What happens when the trial ends?
Your campaigns pause. You pick a plan to resume them. Nothing is charged without your consent, since the trial asks for no card.
Can I switch plans along the way?
Yes, between Starter, Growth and Team, from the app, with no commitment. Yearly works out to $12.42 a month, 17% less.
Do prices include tax?
No. Prices are in US dollars, excluding tax. Tax for your country is added.
LinkedIn does not publish official numbers. These benchmarks are what the app shows its users, observed on real accounts. They vary with the age and activity of the account.
How many LinkedIn invitations can you send per week?
LinkedIn publishes no weekly cap. Tool vendors talk about 80 to 100 invitations a week on a free account, more on a paid one, with no official proof. Sales Farmer caps at 80 a week by default. These figures are careful benchmarks, not guarantees.

What triggers a restriction
LinkedIn watches three things.
Volume in a short window
A hundred invitations in one hour stand out far more than a hundred spread over a week.
Ignored invitations
A pile of pending invitations, or invitations marked as unwanted, weighs heavily. LinkedIn reads it as poor targeting, whatever your volume.
Rhythm
Actions at perfectly regular intervals look like a bot. Varied delays look like a person.

Technology should be within everyone's reach. Software keeps a business running, and it's unfair that it stays out of reach for most people. Sales Farmer exists so you can keep doing what you love and keep offering your services to your community without going broke.
Sales Farmer started from one idea: a LinkedIn prospecting tool should cost what a tool costs, not what a hire costs. It is built for solopreneurs, independents, agencies and small teams. It takes you from describing your business to the reply, and you keep control.

Where the name comes from
Prospecting is farming.
You prepare the soil, sow, let it grow, then gather what took. Nobody expects a harvest the day after planting. LinkedIn prospecting runs on the same calendar: a campaign needs a few days for its first replies and a few weeks to show what it can do.
A farmer plows better with the right tools. So does a freelancer. We built ours like a farm tool: sturdy, simple, and sold at the price of a tool.
Our principles
Simple. Affordable. Built for you.
An automation that leaves you in control
You describe your business, the AI finds who to contact, writes the messages and follows up, then stops as soon as someone replies. You approve the replies. This is Automatic mode: it is on the Growth plan, and open during the trial. Starter keeps manual campaigns. Growth also adds email, enrichment and several accounts, for those who need them.
A clear price
Starter costs $15 a month, with no credits and no add-ons. Growth costs $39 a month, with 300 enrichment credits renewed every month.
Your account comes before our numbers
Cautious settings by default, and no promise of zero risk. A restricted account does nobody any good.
What we refuse to do
Three things you won't see here.

Twenty-step workflows
If you need them, other tools do that very well. We're not chasing them.

FAQ
Common questions
What is the difference between Automatic and Manual?
Automatic: the AI suggests, you approve, then everything goes out on its own, and the invitation goes out without a note. It is in Growth and open during the trial. Manual: you write the sequence yourself, from Starter.
What is reserved for the Growth plan?
Automatic campaigns and replies, email, integrations, enrichment, A/B tests, the MCP server and unlimited watched profiles. The rest is in Starter.
Are automatic replies mandatory?
No. They are off by default. You switch them on after reading their limits. The AI hands over on a refusal or a price question.
Do I need to keep Chrome open?
Yes. Sends go through the Chrome extension, with your LinkedIn account signed in. Nothing goes out while the browser is closed.
Is my LinkedIn account at risk?
LinkedIn bans automation in its terms, and no tool removes that risk. Sales Farmer sends within visible caps and stops after a refusal.
Limits and risks
LinkedIn bans automation tools in its terms: an account can be restricted whichever tool you use.

Common questions
How does Sales Farmer spot signals?
The Chrome extension visits watched profiles about every 6 hours, with your LinkedIn session. Chrome must stay open.
Does the watched person see it?
They may see your visit under “Who viewed your profile”, as if you had visited their page yourself.
How many profiles can I watch?
10 on the Starter plan. Growth has no limit and adds automatic rules.
Can I edit the suggested message?
Yes. The message stays editable, with a preview of what the person will read.

The right pick
Waalaxy or Sales Farmer: which one should you choose?
Both tools can combine LinkedIn and email on a higher plan. The choice comes down to price, email-finding credits and how prospects reach your CRM.
Waalaxy is a very good fit if…
You want more email-finding creditsThe Business plan combines LinkedIn and cold email, with 500 email-finding credits a month. Sales Farmer Growth includes 300, shared between emails and mobile numbers.
Your prospects need to land in your CRMIts pricing page lists a sync with more than 2,000 tools, from the Pro plan up. In Sales Farmer, the prospect list exports to CSV, and the Growth plan sends accepted invitations, replies and new prospects to Zapier, Make, n8n or your CRM by webhook.
Your team already uses itAccording to its pricing page, more than 200,000 salespeople, founders and teams trust it. A trained team saves time, and any tool change takes some getting used to.
Sales Farmer is a fit if…
LinkedIn first, email when you need itThe Starter plan costs $15 a month, for LinkedIn alone. The Growth plan, at $39, adds email steps to your sequences, sent from your own mailboxes.
You want to know who to contact todayWith watched profiles, Sales Farmer tracks 10 profiles and flags funding, hiring, a new post or a job change. The suggested message mentions the signal.
You want to limit the cost of tryingIf nobody replies within 30 days of your first payment, you get it back. The condition: you ran a campaign and sent at least 100 invitations.
Good to know. LinkedIn limits invitations itself, whatever the tool: around 100 to 120 a week on a free account, according to our LinkedIn limits benchmarks. That cap applies with Sales Farmer as much as with Waalaxy. One more limit on the Sales Farmer side: the extension runs in Chrome, so a campaign waits for the next time slot while the computer is off.

How do you move from Waalaxy to Sales Farmer?
1Step 1
Export your prospects
Waalaxy exports your lists to CSV. Remove the people who already replied, so you don't follow up with someone you spoke to last week.
2Step 2
Import and copy your messages
Import the CSV into a campaign, or rerun your original LinkedIn search with the filter for profiles active in the last 30 days. Copy your messages into a sequence, with the {{role}} (job title) or {{city}} (city) variables and fallback text for empty fields.
3Step 3

Two tools on the same account add up their sends. Pause your Waalaxy campaigns, set your caps and time slots, then launch the campaign.

FAQ
Frequently asked questions about Waalaxy and Sales Farmer
The Waalaxy pricing page lists €19 per user per month for the Pro plan, €49 for Advanced and €69 for Business, with annual billing. Every plan includes a 14-day free trial.
Is Sales Farmer cheaper than Waalaxy?
With annual billing, Sales Farmer Starter works out to $12.42 a month, against €19 per user per month for Waalaxy Pro. Sales Farmer is also available at $15 a month with no commitment. For email, compare Waalaxy Business, at €69 per user per month billed annually, with Sales Farmer Growth, at $39 a month.
Does Sales Farmer do cold email like Waalaxy Business?
Yes, on the Growth plan, at $39 a month. A sequence can mix LinkedIn steps and emails sent from your own mailboxes: up to three, with Gmail, Outlook, OVH or another provider. Each mailbox sends 30 emails a day by default, 100 at most, and the sequence stops as soon as the prospect replies. The Starter plan stays on LinkedIn. For large email volumes, a dedicated email tool remains a better fit.
Is my LinkedIn account at risk?
No tool can promise zero risk, Sales Farmer included. The extension uses your own session in Chrome, and you set the daily caps, the time slots and the delay between two tasks. Targeting matters as much as volume: lots of ignored invitations weigh more than a steady pace.
Can I try Sales Farmer before leaving Waalaxy?
Yes. The trial lasts 14 days, with no credit card. Run a small campaign on a separate list, then compare acceptance and reply rates. While both tools run on the same account, keep an eye on their combined invitations.

Sales Farmer costs $15 a month with no commitment, or $149 a year, with no monthly import quota.
Kanbox and Sales Farmer automate LinkedIn prospecting at similar entry prices. They differ on included volume, how you track conversations and where the automation runs.
Kanbox lists four plans on its pricing page. The entry plan, Starter, costs €15 a month with annual billing and €25 with monthly billing.

The right pick
Kanbox or Sales Farmer: which one should you choose?
It depends on what matters most to you: managing your conversations in one place, or reaching more people each month.
Kanbox is a very good fit if…
You track deals in columnsThe kanban pipeline and the LinkedIn inbox, with labels and filters, are at the heart of Kanbox. Sales Farmer tracks campaign stages, with no sales board.
Your computer doesn't stay onKanbox runs in the cloud. Sales Farmer runs through Chrome: with the computer off, the campaign waits for the next time slot.
You also need email addressesEmail finding is part of the Kanbox Starter plan, with credit packs on top. The Sales Farmer Starter plan does not include it: that takes the Growth plan, at $39 a month.
Sales Farmer is a fit if…
You reach more than 300 people a monthSales Farmer sets no import quota and no limit on the number of campaigns. LinkedIn's own limits stay the same (see our benchmarks).
You want to know who to contact todayWith watched profiles, Sales Farmer tracks 10 profiles and flags funding, hiring, a new post or a job change. The suggested message mentions the signal.
You want a refund guaranteeIf nobody replies within 30 days of your first payment, you get it back. The condition: you ran a campaign and sent at least 100 invitations.
Good to know. The Kanbox Essential plan goes up to 600 imports a month and three simultaneous campaigns, for €30 per LinkedIn account per month billed annually (€45 billed monthly). If the single Starter campaign is your only constraint, compare with that plan too. Kanbox also gives you one more trial day than Sales Farmer.

Kanbox exports your lists to CSV. Keep a separate note of prospects already in conversation in your pipeline, and follow those up by hand.
2Step 2

Kanbox Starter is listed at €15 a month with annual billing and €25 with monthly billing. The Essential plan costs €30 per LinkedIn account per month billed annually, the Pro plan €50. Every plan includes a 15-day free trial, no credit card.
Kanbox or Sales Farmer, which costs less?
With annual billing, Sales Farmer Starter works out to $12.42 a month, against €15 for Kanbox Starter. With monthly billing, it is $15 against €25. Volumes differ too: 300 imports a month and one campaign on Kanbox Starter, no import quota on Sales Farmer.
Does Sales Farmer have a kanban pipeline?
No. Sales Farmer shows each prospect's stage (invited, accepted, message sent, replied) and the rates per campaign. If you manage sales in columns, Kanbox meets that need better, or keep your CRM alongside.
Does my computer need to stay on?
With Sales Farmer, yes: tasks go out when Chrome is open and logged in to LinkedIn. With the computer off, the campaign resumes at the next time slot. Kanbox runs in the cloud and has no such constraint.
Is my LinkedIn account at risk?
No tool can promise zero risk, Sales Farmer included. The extension uses your own session in Chrome, and you set the daily caps, the time slots and the delay between two tasks. Targeting matters as much as volume: lots of ignored invitations weigh more than a steady pace.

lemlist is a very good fit if you prospect across several channels: its Multichannel plan combines email, LinkedIn, SMS and calls, with a database of more than 650 million contacts. It is listed at $87 per user per month with annual billing. Sales Farmer Starter covers LinkedIn alone, at $15 a month with no commitment or $149 a year. The Growth plan, at $39 a month, adds email from your own mailboxes.
lemlist and Sales Farmer don't have the same scope. lemlist is a multichannel prospecting platform. Sales Farmer starts from LinkedIn, which both tools automate, and adds email on its Growth plan.
With annual billing, the lemlist Email plan starts at $55 a month and the Multichannel plan, which includes LinkedIn, at $87 per user per month.
Email: $55 a month billed annually, $69 billed monthly. Unlimited users, 50,000 emails a month, a database of more than 650 million contacts. LinkedIn automation is part of the Multichannel plan.

The right pick
lemlist or Sales Farmer: which one should you choose?
It depends on your channels. For LinkedIn and email, both tools work. For SMS, calls or WhatsApp, only lemlist offers them.
lemlist is a very good fit if…
You prospect across several channelsA single sequence can go through email, LinkedIn, a call and an SMS. Sales Farmer sticks to LinkedIn and, on Growth, email.
You start without a listThe database of more than 650 million contacts supplies emails and phone numbers. With Sales Farmer, you start from a LinkedIn or Sales Navigator search.
You watch a whole marketlemlist signals cover many event types, in batches of 100 a month. Sales Farmer's watched profiles cover 10 profiles.
Sales Farmer is a fit if…
LinkedIn brings most of your meetingsThe Starter plan costs $15 a month and covers LinkedIn alone. You build your sequences of invitation, message and follow-up there, and the Growth plan adds email steps.
You follow a few key accountsThe watched profiles are included for 10 profiles. They flag the right moment and suggest a message that mentions the signal.
You work alone or in a small teamThe Team plan costs $19 per seat per month, on a single invoice.
Good to know. lemlist prices are per user, Sales Farmer prices are per account or per seat, so the amounts don't compare one to one. Above all, lemlist includes a contact database, which Sales Farmer does not have, and email sits at the core of the product. In Sales Farmer, email is a sequence step, reserved for the Growth plan. LinkedIn's own invitation limits apply whatever the tool (see our benchmarks).

How do you spot the right moment to contact a prospect?
The lemlist pricing page lists the Email plan from $55 a month and the Multichannel plan at $87 per user per month, with annual billing. With monthly billing, it is $69 and $109. The free trial lasts 14 days, with no credit card.
Why don't lemlist and Sales Farmer cost the same?
The two tools don't cover the same scope. lemlist Multichannel includes unlimited email, SMS, calls and a contact database, for $87 per user per month billed annually. Sales Farmer costs $15 a month for LinkedIn alone, and $39 with email (Growth plan).
Can Sales Farmer replace lemlist?
If your prospecting runs through LinkedIn and email, the Growth plan covers both: emails go out from your own mailboxes, 30 a day per mailbox by default. Sales Farmer has no contact database, though: your prospects come from LinkedIn, and their addresses from the Growth enrichment credits. For SMS or calls, keep lemlist.
Do Sales Farmer signals cover as many cases as lemlist's?
No. Sales Farmer's watched profiles cover 10 profiles, included in Starter, and spot four events: funding, hiring, a new post, a job change. lemlist sells its signals as an add-on, in batches of 100 a month, across many event types. For a handful of key accounts, watched profiles can be enough; to watch a whole market, lemlist goes further.
Is my LinkedIn account at risk?

The right pick
What Expandi does better, and where Sales Farmer fits
Both tools automate LinkedIn. The right pick depends on how you work.
Expandi is a good fit if…
You want the automation in the cloudCampaigns run on Expandi servers, so your computer and your browser can be off. Sales Farmer sends from your own Chrome, which has to be open.
You want a dedicated IP and a warm-upA country-based IP address and an automatic profile warm-up are part of the Business plan. Sales Farmer has neither.
You run an agency at scaleThe Agency plan covers roles, client reports and a white-label option, from 10 seats.
Sales Farmer is a fit if…
LinkedIn brings most of your meetingsStarter costs $15 a month and covers LinkedIn alone, with unlimited campaigns and the sequences you need.
You follow a few key accountsThe watched profiles are included for 10 profiles. They flag the right moment and suggest a message that mentions the signal.
You work alone or in a small teamThe Team plan costs $19 per seat per month, on a single invoice.
Good to know. Expandi advertises a dedicated IP address and a warm-up as part of its safety setup, and Sales Farmer has no equivalent: it works from your own browser session. No tool can promise zero risk, and LinkedIn's own invitation limits apply whatever the tool (see our benchmarks).

FAQ
Frequently asked questions about Expandi and Sales Farmer
The Expandi pricing page lists the Business plan at $99 a month, or $79 a month with annual billing. The Agency plan is custom-priced, from 10 seats. The free trial lasts 7 days.
Is Sales Farmer cheaper than Expandi?
On the published prices, yes: Sales Farmer Starter is $15 a month with no commitment, or $149 a year, against $99 a month ($79 billed annually) for Expandi Business. The tools differ, though: Expandi runs in the cloud with a dedicated IP address.
Does Sales Farmer run in the cloud like Expandi?
No. Sales Farmer is a Chrome extension: actions leave from your own browser, with your own LinkedIn session, so Chrome has to be open. Expandi runs on its servers.
Can Sales Farmer replace Expandi?
For LinkedIn sequences with daily caps you control, yes. If you need a cloud setup, a dedicated IP, a warm-up or white-label client reporting, Expandi fits better.

Linked Helper alternative: how Sales Farmer compares.
In short
Linked Helper costs the same as Sales Farmer on a monthly basis: its Standard plan with local storage is listed at $15 a month per license, like Sales Farmer Starter ($15 a month). On a 12-month term, Linked Helper drops to $8.25 a month, below the $12.42 a month of Sales Farmer on annual billing. The difference is not the price: Linked Helper is desktop software, Sales Farmer is a Chrome extension with a daily overview, watched profiles and, on Growth, email.
Linked Helper and Sales Farmer both automate LinkedIn at a similar entry price. They differ on where the tool runs and on what surrounds the sequences.
Linked Helper Standard starts at $15 a month per license with local storage, and falls to $8.25 a month on a 12-month term.
Standard, local storage, 1 license: $15 a month on a 1-month term, $13.33 a month on 3 months ($40 in total), $10.05 a month on 6 months ($60.30), $8.25 a month on 12 months ($99). The page shows discounts of 11%, 33% and 45% by term, and volume discounts for several licenses.
Cloud storage: from $16.50 a month. The automation still runs in the desktop app; the workspace data is stored on Linked Helper servers instead of your device.
Pro: priced above Standard (we did not record the amount). It removes the 20-per-day caps on eleven advanced actions and adds CSV export of message history, webhooks and more data credits.
Standard includes AI-personalized messages, AI ICP detection, an AI commenter, unlimited campaigns and 620 data credits a month. The free trial lasts 14 days with no credit card (source: Linked Helper pricing page).
On the Sales Farmer side, the Starter plan costs $15 a month with no commitment, or $149 a year, which works out to $12.42 a month. The Growth plan, which adds email from your own mailboxes, costs $39 a month. Details are on the Sales Farmer pricing page.

What Linked Helper does better, and where Sales Farmer fits
Both tools automate LinkedIn. The right pick depends on how you work.
Linked Helper is a good fit if…

You manage many accountsVolume discounts go up to 50% for large numbers of licenses.
Sales Farmer is a fit if…
You want to start the day on what mattersThe "Today" screen puts replies and the next planned actions in one place, and watched profiles rank who to contact today.
You prefer a browser extension to an appNothing to install beyond Chrome. Your campaigns, replies and numbers live on a web dashboard.
You want email in the same sequenceThe Growth plan, at $39 a month, adds email steps sent from your own mailboxes.
Good to know. On price alone, Linked Helper is as cheap as Sales Farmer or cheaper, especially on long terms, so don't choose between them on that. Both need your machine to be on while campaigns run. The difference is the format (a desktop app against a Chrome extension) and what Sales Farmer adds around the sequences. LinkedIn's own invitation limits apply whatever the tool (see our benchmarks).

How do you spot the right moment to contact a prospect?
The Linked Helper pricing page lists Standard with local storage at $15 a month per license on a 1-month term, $13.33 on 3 months, $10.05 on 6 months and $8.25 on 12 months. Cloud storage starts at $16.50 a month. The free trial lasts 14 days, with no credit card.

Not necessarily. At the monthly rate both cost $15 a month. On a 12-month term, Linked Helper Standard is $8.25 a month against $12.42 a month for Sales Farmer Starter on annual billing. Compare the format and the features rather than the price alone.
What is the difference between Linked Helper and Sales Farmer?
Linked Helper is desktop software, installed on your computer or a VPS. Sales Farmer is a Chrome extension with a web dashboard, a "Today" home screen, watched profiles for buying signals and, on the Growth plan, email steps.
Can Sales Farmer replace Linked Helper?
For LinkedIn sequences, yes. If you rely on its enrichment features, its Pro caps or volume discounts across many licenses, Linked Helper fits better.
Is my LinkedIn account at risk?

Pick your trade and your prospect's situation. The tool suggests three connection notes under 200 characters, then a first message for once they accept. Everything runs in your browser: nothing is sent, nothing is stored.
How do you write a LinkedIn connection note?
Give one precise reason to write, sell nothing, and stay under 200 characters. A recent post, a new job or a hire is enough. The offer comes later, in the first message. The generator on this page offers three notes and a first message, without sending or saving anything.
Updated
Three connection notes
No strict limit, keep it short.
Send them automatically to 100 targeted profiles with Sales Farmer
Keep the note that sounds like you, and Sales Farmer sends the invitation, then the first message, to every profile on your list, at the pace you set. 14-day trial, no credit card.
Say why you are writing to this particular person: a new role, a post, a hiring push. A generic compliment is spotted right away, and it lowers your acceptance rate.
No offer in the note
The note is there to get accepted. Your offer comes later, in the first message, and only if the conversation allows it.
Short and readable on mobile
Two sentences are enough. Most invitations are read on a phone, between two meetings. What does not fit on the screen does not get read.
How many characters can a LinkedIn connection note have?
200 characters on a free account, 300 with Premium or Sales Navigator. Every note from this tool fits in 200 characters, so it works on any account.
Should I always add a note to my invitation?
No. An invitation without a note is often accepted when the profile is well targeted. A note is worth it when you have a real reason to write, like a new role or a recent post. On a free account, LinkedIn also limits how many personalized notes you can send per month.
Is anything I type sent anywhere?
No. The generator runs entirely in your browser. The first name, company and topic never leave the page and are not stored.
How do I send these messages to many prospects?
Paste the note you like into Sales Farmer and replace the first name with the first name variable. The tool then sends the invitation and the first message to every profile on your list, with a daily cap you set.
3Step 3
The message is editable person by person.
In Sales Farmer, the invitation note and the next message can be edited for each person. The text shown is exactly what is sent.
An invitation note holds 200 characters at most. The notes from the generator on this page all fit within that limit.
