The problem

Why should LinkedIn prospecting cost a fortune?

The tools out there charge between $50 and $150 a month. They take days to learn.

  • Sky-high prices
  • Steep learning curve
  • Too many features you'll never use
  • Complicated automations
  • Risks for your LinkedIn account
Step 1 · Get your farm ready

Install the extension, set your pace.

The Chrome extension connects your LinkedIn account. You set the delay between two actions and the hours when Sales Farmer can sow your requests.

It takes about five minutes.

Step 2 · Prepare your field

Pick who to reach.

Run your search on LinkedIn or Sales Navigator, or describe your ideal customer to Find prospects and let it build the search for you. Sales Farmer then pulls every profile in one click.

You can keep only the people who were active on LinkedIn in the last 30 days, so your invitations go to people who will actually see them.

The sharper your target, the more replies you'll get.

Step 3 · Plant your seeds

Write your sequence, launch the campaign.

Personalize your message. Invitations then go out a few at a time each day, never in bursts.

0invitations sent on a typical campaign
Step 3 · Follow up

Follow-ups go out on their own, no spam.

Every accepted invitation triggers your message, then the follow-ups you planned, with natural delays. Everything stops as soon as the person replies.

0invitations accepted out of those 160
Step 4 · Harvest your sales

Sales Farmer sows, you harvest the customers.

Track your acceptance and reply rates. The conversations stay yours.

How it works

Three steps to start, then the campaign runs.

A fourth screen asks you to install the Chrome extension, which sends the messages from your browser.

1

Choose your language

It sets the language of the app and of the messages sent to your prospects. You can change it later.

2

Paste your website address

Sales Farmer reads a few public pages to prefill your profile. You can also fill it in by hand.

3

Review the profile filled in by AI

Offer, target, tone, goal: four tabs to correct. The AI can be wrong, so nothing goes out before you review it.

My campaign

You see who will be contacted, where these people come from and the messages they will get. One click on "Launch", and you can pause at any time.

Replies and automatic replies

Every reply lands on one page. The AI can answer short, clear agreements if you turn it on. You take over whenever you want.

Watchlist and dormant CRM

Watch competitors and key profiles to find the people who follow them. The Growth plan also wakes up the dormant contacts of your CRM.

All features and their limits

About

Good prospecting shouldn't be a luxury.

A farmer works the field with the right tools. Business owners need tools just as simple and affordable to grow. That's where Sales Farmer comes from: a no-frills tool at a fair price, built for solopreneurs, freelancers and small businesses.

Our story

Home›Features›Extraction
Lead extraction

Your LinkedIn searches, turned into a campaign in one click.

The extension adds a button to your LinkedIn and Sales Navigator searches. Profiles go straight into the campaign you pick, with their name, company and job title.

From LinkedIn or Sales Navigator

A regular search is enough. If you already have Sales Navigator, its filters let you go narrower.

From a CSV or by hand

Already have a list? Import it as a CSV, or add a profile you know.

Active profiles only

The "Active on LinkedIn in the last 30 days" filter drops dormant accounts. Your invites go to people who will actually see them.

From a post

People who react to or comment on a post are often your warmest leads. The extension grabs them too.

The lead list

Every lead, at its own stage.

  • First name, last name, company, titleEditable, and exportable to CSV whenever you want.
  • Where each lead standsInvited, accepted, message sent, reply received: one icon per stage.
  • Add leads along the wayA running campaign still takes new leads.
Good to know. Extraction only sees what LinkedIn lets you see. A profile outside your network may show up without a full name, depending on your account type.
Home›Features›Find prospects
Find prospects

Describe your business, get your leads.

Not sure which filters to pick? Tell us who you are and what you sell. Find prospects works out the job title to target, runs the search and sets up the campaign.

Three steps

From a description to a campaign.

1

What do you do?

Sales rep, real estate agent, founder, recruiter, marketer. Your pick shapes the messages we suggest.

2

Describe your business

A few sentences will do, like "I build websites for law firms."

3

Your lead list

Check the profiles you want to keep, export them to CSV or open the campaign that's already set up. Profiles with no activity in 30 days are hidden.

What Find prospects won't do. It can't guess your market for you. The sharper your description, the better the list. A vague sentence gets you a vague list.
Home›Features›Campaigns and sequences
Campaigns and sequences

A sequence that does the work and knows when to stop.

An invite, a first message, then your follow-ups, spaced out the way you choose. The moment a lead replies, they leave the sequence.

The invite

With or without a note. Invites without a note get accepted about 10% more often, and adding a note requires LinkedIn Premium.

The message and follow-ups

One message after they accept, then as many follow-ups as you like, each with its own delay.

The delays

In minutes, hours or days after the last action. Acceptance is checked every 8 hours.

Personalization

A message about the right person.

On top of first name, last name and company, your messages can mention each prospect's role and city. Nothing goes out with a blank.

{{role}}: the role

Just the job title, taken from the LinkedIn headline. "Sales Director @ Acme | I help…" becomes "Sales Director". A slogan instead of a title? The variable stays empty rather than wrong.

{{city}}: the city

Taken from the LinkedIn location. "Austin, Texas, United States" becomes "Austin". Filled for prospects added from a search or Find prospects.

A fallback text

{{company|your company}} writes the company name, or "your company" when the data is missing. The editor tells you how many prospects are affected and shows the message exactly as it will be sent.

Growth plan

Email in the same sequence, from your own mailboxes.

On Growth, a sequence can alternate LinkedIn steps and emails. The emails go out from your own mailboxes, three at most, with the same variables as your messages.

Your mailboxes, your address

Gmail, Outlook and OVH connect with an app password, other providers with their SMTP and IMAP servers. A follow-up with no subject goes out as a reply, in the thread of the first email.

An office-hours pace

30 emails a day per mailbox by default, 100 at most. They go out on weekdays, 8 am to 6 pm Paris time, at irregular intervals and spread across your mailboxes.

A reply stops everything

Sales Farmer reads your inbox and stops the sequence as soon as the prospect replies. Every email ends with an unsubscribe link: one click, and the prospect gets none of your emails again, in any campaign.

Good to know. A prospect with no email address skips the step without receiving anything: the Growth enrichment credits are there to find those addresses. Deliverability depends mostly on the sender. A properly configured business domain (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) lands in the inbox more often than a personal Gmail address.
In the app

The sequence and the message, exactly as you'll see them.

Message editor with first name, last name and company variables
Real screenshot from the app
Your campaigns

Draft, active, paused.

  • Templates for your line of workInvite, first message, follow-ups: a starting point you rewrite in your own voice.
  • Pause and resumePause a campaign while you're on vacation, pick it back up when you return.
  • Copy what worksDuplicate the sequence, the lead list or both to test a variation.
Simple on purpose. No conditional branches, no ten-level scenarios. The one automatic rule is the one that matters: you never follow up with someone who already replied.
Home›Features›Analytics
Analytics

See what sprouted and what's still in the ground.

Two numbers per campaign: how many accept, how many reply. Enough to compare two messages or two audiences without a spreadsheet.

Acceptance rate

Invites accepted out of invites sent. It tells you how good your targeting is.

Reply rate

Replies out of total leads. It tells you how good your message is.

The people behind the numbers

Click a number to see who accepted and who replied, with their LinkedIn profile.

Campaign breakdown: invite, messages 1, 2 and 3 with their rates
Real screenshot from the app
A useful benchmark. The large 2026 studies put average acceptance between 20 and 30%, and replies around 10%. A small, well-targeted list often beats a big one. The details are in our article on LinkedIn rates.
Home›Features›Limits and safety
Your LinkedIn account

You set the pace. The tool sticks to it.

The extension works in your browser, with your own LinkedIn session, as if you were the one clicking. No server logs in on your behalf.

Invites per day

From 0 to 120. We recommend 40, and fewer for a new account.

Messages per day

From 0 to 120. We recommend 50.

Time slots

One slot for each day of the week. The default is 8 am to 6 pm.

Delay between tasks

From 1 to 10 minutes. We recommend 2 minutes.

Let's be straight. No automation tool makes an account untouchable, so be wary of any that promise it. LinkedIn mostly restricts accounts that send lots of invites nobody accepts. Tight targeting protects you as much as a low cap does.
What about Growth plan emails? They don't go through the extension. Our servers send them through the outgoing server of your own mailbox, with an app password stored encrypted, which you can revoke with your provider. Each mailbox has its own cap: 30 emails a day by default, 100 at most.
Where is your data? The app and its data are hosted in the European Union, in Frankfurt.

Chrome extension

The farm's tractor, right in your browser.

The extension connects the app to LinkedIn. It runs your campaign tasks during your time slots, with your own session, and adds extraction buttons to LinkedIn.

What it does

Four chores, done the same way every time.

Run your tasks

It picks up the invites and messages waiting to go out, and sends them from your account.

Stick to your time slots

Outside your hours, it does nothing. It picks up again at the next slot.

Extract profiles

A button on LinkedIn searches, Sales Navigator and posts.

Search for Find prospects

It runs the search Find prospects built from your description.

On LinkedIn

A button right where you already search.

  • People searchThe results on the page go into the campaign you pick.
  • Sales NavigatorSame clicks, with Sales Navigator's advanced filters.
  • Reactions and commentsPeople who engaged with a post become leads.
Questions

The extension, in plain terms.

Does my computer need to stay on?

Yes. Tasks go out when Chrome is open and you're logged in to LinkedIn. If your computer is off, the campaign waits and picks up at the next slot.

Do my LinkedIn credentials go through your servers?

No. The extension uses the session already open in your browser. You never give us your LinkedIn password.

Does it work in other browsers?

The extension is built for Chrome. Chromium-based browsers usually accept it, but we can't guarantee it.

Can I use it without a running campaign?

Yes, to extract profiles and build a list. It sends nothing until a campaign is launched.

For solopreneurs

Prospect without giving up your billable days.

You do everything yourself. Sales Farmer handles your LinkedIn prospecting while you take care of the clients you already have.

In short

A solopreneur prospects on LinkedIn when there's time, which means rarely. An automated campaign keeps invitations and follow-ups going out while you work. You define your target once, write a message that sounds like you, and only come back to reply. Sales Farmer costs about as much as a streaming subscription and takes five minutes to set up.

★★★★★ 45+ solopreneurs on board
Use cases

Built for a team of one.

Prospect without stopping your work

You don't have a salesperson. Sales Farmer runs in the background while you deliver for clients, and it doesn't ask for an hour of your day.

Stay visible without thinking about it

Regular, personalized follow-ups with your network, even in the weeks when you have no time to think about it.

Don't rely on a single source of clients

Word of mouth and referrals show up when they feel like it. Prospecting that runs all the time smooths out the slow months.

How it works

Three steps, that's it.

1Step 1

Describe your ideal client

Industry, company size, job title: Find prospects finds the matching LinkedIn profiles, no manual searching.

2Step 2

A message that sounds like you

Write a template once. Each contact's first name and company fill in on their own.

3Step 3

Just reply

Sales Farmer handles sending and follow-up. You only see the replies, and the rest of your time goes to your actual work.

How much time does it take each week?

Do I need Sales Navigator?

No. Find prospects and regular LinkedIn search are enough to get started.

Is my LinkedIn account at risk?

No tool can promise zero risk. Daily caps, time slots and variable delays keep the pace close to your own.

Home›Solutions›Real estate agents
For real estate agents

Find your next sellers, not just more contacts.

LinkedIn is full of homeowners, fellow agents and past clients. Sales Farmer automates outreach while you're at showings and appointments.

In short

On LinkedIn, a real estate agent doesn't go after "homeowners" at random. There are three audiences the platform lets you identify: professionals relocating into or out of your market, local business owners and independent professionals, and referral partners who hear about moves before anyone else, like closing attorneys, financial advisors and mortgage brokers. Twenty invitations a day at most and one local post a week are enough to turn it into a steady source of appointments.

★★★★★ 45+ solopreneurs on board
Use cases

Built around the way you prospect.

Spot homeowners who are thinking about selling

Target by area, by job title or by life change, like a relocation or a retirement. Those are often the signs that come before a listing.

Reach past clients at the right time

Three to five years after a purchase, many of them start looking again. A low-key, personal follow-up lands right when it matters.

Farm a neighborhood or a whole city

Set up a campaign once and let it run. Your time goes to appointments, not to hunting for contacts.

How it works

Three steps, that's it.

1Step 1

Define your market

Location, job title or career situation: Sales Farmer finds the matching LinkedIn profiles.

2Step 2

Let prospecting run

Invitations and follow-up messages go out on their own, in your tone and your words.

3Step 3

Handle only the replies

You see who replied and you answer yourself. The tool handles the volume, you keep the relationship.

Who to target on LinkedIn to win listings

TargetWhy they matterWhat they can bring you
Professionals moving into your marketA relocation often means a home search here, and a sale somewhere elseBuyers, renters, sometimes a referral to pass on to another agent
Professionals leaving your marketAn announced move often comes before a listingSeller listings
Local business owners and independent professionalsWealth, primary home, rental investments, office spaceListings, investment deals, commercial real estate
Referral partners: closing attorneys, financial advisors, mortgage brokersThey see estates, divorces and purchase plans come throughSteady referrals, both ways
Your past clientsThey know you, and the next move always comes eventuallyA new deal, or a referral

First message

Thanks for connecting, [First name]. When people move to [City], the real question is usually the neighborhood: [Neighborhood A] for [Perk], [Neighborhood B] for [Perk]. Are you looking to buy, or to rent while you settle in?

FAQ

You have questions, we have answers.

Something else? Email us at [email protected]

Is LinkedIn useful for a real estate agent?

Yes, for reaching people you can identify by job and city: professionals moving in or out, business owners and independent professionals, and referral partners like closing attorneys, financial advisors and mortgage brokers. It adds to your local network and your time in the field. It doesn't replace them.

How do you get listings from LinkedIn?

Target the situations that come before a sale (a move out of the area, a retirement, a change in someone's finances), build relationships with referral partners, and stay visible in your market with one post a week.

Do I need Sales Navigator for real estate prospecting?

Not to start. Free search with a location filter is enough for a local target. Sales Navigator becomes useful for filtering recent job changes.

How many invitations should I send per day?

Start at 5 per business day and work up gradually to about 20, only if your acceptance rate holds steady. User reports put the limit at around 100 invitations a week.

Can I prospect private individuals on LinkedIn?

Yes, as long as you follow privacy rules: introduce yourself clearly, only message people your message is relevant to, and remove anyone who asks not to be contacted, no questions asked.

How much does Sales Farmer cost for a real estate agent?

The Starter plan costs $15 a month with every feature included, and a 14-day trial with no credit card.

How does the “first reply in 30 days” guarantee work?

If nobody has replied to your LinkedIn messages 30 days after your first payment, we refund that first payment. One condition: you launched at least one campaign and sent at least 100 invitations during those 30 days. Email [email protected] and the refund goes out within 7 days.

What does “price locked for life” mean?

For any subscription started before December 31, 2026, your price never changes while the subscription stays active, even if our prices go up later. If you cancel and come back, the current price applies.

Do prices include tax?

No. Prices are shown in US dollars, excluding tax. Any applicable tax is added based on your country and status.

What happens when the trial ends?

Your campaigns pause. Pick a plan and they pick up right where they left off. Nothing gets charged without your consent, since the trial doesn't ask for a card.

Can I switch plans along the way?

Yes, between Starter, Growth and Team, in either direction, inside the app. You can change the number of Team seats at any time. When you leave Growth, you keep one LinkedIn account: campaigns on the other accounts pause, email steps wait and the Watchlist goes back to 10 profiles. Everything picks up as it was if you return to Growth.

What emails does the Growth plan send?

The email steps of your sequences, from your own mailboxes: up to three, with Gmail, Outlook, OVH or any provider that offers SMTP and IMAP access. Each mailbox sends 30 emails a day by default, 100 at most, on weekdays between 8 am and 6 pm Paris time. A reply stops the sequence, and every email carries an unsubscribe link. A properly configured business domain (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) gets delivered more reliably than a personal Gmail address.

Why is the price so low?

Because Starter does one thing: it automates your LinkedIn prospecting, with no credits and no add-ons. A well-tuned automation costs less to run than a suite of fifty features. What costs money per use, like enrichment, email or several accounts, is in Growth.

LinkedIn limits in 2026, by account type.

LinkedIn does not publish official numbers. These benchmarks are what the app shows its users, observed on real accounts. They vary with the age and activity of the account.

What triggers a restriction

LinkedIn watches three things.

Volume in a short window

A hundred invitations in one hour stand out far more than a hundred spread over a week.

Ignored invitations

A pile of pending invitations, or invitations marked as unwanted, weighs heavily. LinkedIn reads it as poor targeting, whatever your volume.

Rhythm

Actions at perfectly regular intervals look like a bot. Varied delays look like a person.

Setting up Sales Farmer

The settings we recommend.

  • New or barely active account20 invitations a day for the first two weeks, then 40.
  • Established account40 invitations and 50 messages a day, on weekdays.
  • Delay between tasks2 minutes. Going shorter gains you very little.
  • Pending invitationsWithdraw any older than three weeks.

Home›About
Our mission

Effective prospecting shouldn't be a luxury.

Technology should be within everyone's reach. Software keeps a business running, and it's unfair that it stays out of reach for most people. Sales Farmer exists so you can keep doing what you love and keep offering your services to your community without going broke.

Where the name comes from

Prospecting is farming.

You prepare the soil, sow, let it grow, then gather what took. Nobody expects a harvest the day after planting. LinkedIn prospecting runs on the same calendar: a campaign needs a few days for its first replies and a few weeks to show what it can do.

A farmer plows better with the right tools. So does a freelancer. We built ours like a farm tool: sturdy, simple, and sold at the price of a tool.

Our principles

Simple. Affordable. Built for you.

One simple automation, done right

Invitation, message, follow-ups, stop on reply: that is the core of the tool, and all of Starter. Growth adds email, enrichment and several accounts, for those who need them.

A clear price

Starter costs $15 a month, with no credits and no add-ons. Growth costs $39 a month, with 300 enrichment credits renewed every month.

Your account comes before our numbers

Cautious settings by default, and no promise of zero risk. A restricted account does nobody any good.

What we refuse to do

Three things you won't see here.

Made-up numbers

The rates shown on this site come from demo campaigns, and we say so. The benchmarks on the blog cite their sources.

Twenty-step workflows

If you need them, other tools do that very well. We're not chasing them.

Bot-run support

A real person answers, by email or chat, and helps you set up your first campaign.

Features

The whole path, from watching to replying.

You say who to watch. Sales Farmer finds prospects around them. You choose who to contact, then reply from a single page. Here is what each part does, and where it stops.

Prospect for free for 14 days No credit card required
Get started

Three steps, then the extension.

Setup takes three screens. A fourth asks you to install the Chrome extension, which sends the messages from your browser.

1

Your language

It sets the language of the app and of the messages sent to your prospects. You can change it later in settings. What is already saved does not change.

2

Your website address

Sales Farmer reads a few public pages of your site and uses them to prefill your profile. You can also fill everything in by hand.

3

A profile filled in by AI

Identity, offer and target, voice, goal: four tabs to review. The AI can be wrong, so every field is editable before the first send.

What the site reading does not do. It does not read LinkedIn profiles, and the number of readings per day is limited. If the site cannot be read, fill in the profile by hand.
My campaign

Who to contact, where they come from, then one click to launch.

Who you are looking for

The person you target, your offer, your goal and the people to leave out. Your messages are built on this description.

The sources

People who just changed jobs or are hiring, who react to your posts or to the ones you watch, dormant contacts from your CRM, an imported file. You switch on the ones you want.

A screen that says what will go out

Number of people, invitations per day, estimated duration and sample messages, before you click "Launch my campaign".

After launch, new people join every morning within your limits. You can pause the adding of people, or the whole campaign. On resume, only the sends the pause stopped start again.

Limits. Only one campaign is launched this way. Nothing goes out unless the Chrome extension is open with LinkedIn signed in, and the list of your profile visitors is not available yet. LinkedIn limits very active accounts: set cautious caps.
Watchlist

Watch pages and profiles, contact the people who care about them.

Your competitors

Sales Farmer collects the people who like or comment on the recent posts of the pages and profiles you follow. It keeps only those who match your target.

Their key people

The Watchlist observes profiles and spots a job change, a hire, a funding round or a post. These are good moments to write.

Accounts suggested by AI

From the description of your business, the AI suggests accounts to follow. Nothing is followed until you click "Follow".

Limits. The AI suggests, you check: a name or an address can be wrong. Automatic collection may not be enabled on your account yet. Readings go through your browser, with a daily cap on LinkedIn reads. Starter watches 10 profiles, Growth has no profile limit. For personal data, read our GDPR article: it does not replace a lawyer's advice.
Replies

Every reply, on a single page.

The conversations

A list you can filter by status and channel, and a panel showing one person's thread. You label each reply and you can block a contact.

A draft, then you send

The AI suggests a reply. You read it, edit it, then send it through LinkedIn, via the extension. On the Growth plan you can also send it from your mailbox.

The sequence stops

As soon as someone replies, the messages planned for them stop. The conversation is yours.

Limits. The thread shows the exchanges Sales Farmer has recorded. Reply drafts are counted per month: 5 on Starter, 100 on Growth. Nothing is sent without your confirmation click.
Automatic replies

The AI answers simple cases, you keep control.

You switch them on

They are off by default. You turn the mode on, read what the AI will and will not do, then confirm.

Prepared messages

The AI does not write freely. It picks a sentence prepared in advance, with the person's first name and your meeting or presentation links.

Take over

A button stops the AI for one person and withdraws their pending messages. A pause stops everything. Every sent message stays readable in the "What the AI did" log.

Limits. The AI only handles short, clear agreements: an interested person, a request for information, a presentation or a meeting. It stops on a refusal, an objection, a price question, a link or a phone number. It replies once per person and at most 20 times a day. LinkedIn limits very active accounts: sending messages automatically can lead to restrictions, and nobody can promise otherwise.
Messages

Follow-ups that change angle, a hook for each person.

Follow-ups with a different angle

A follow-up does not repeat the first message. Four angles exist: new information, a simpler question, a concrete example, a polite way out. The angle varies from one person to the next.

Personalized hook

A first sentence written for one person, based on what they did: a post liked, commented or published. You insert it with the hook variable, and you can edit it.

A fallback text

If Sales Farmer does not know what the person did, or the monthly quota is used up, the message uses the signal sentence. It never goes out with a gap.

Limits. Hooks are counted per month: 30 on Starter, 300 on Growth. A suggestion that breaks the writing rules is rejected, and a post topic stays empty when unknown. Always read a message before you launch.
Meetings

A booking link, reminders and a no-show follow-up.

Your link in your messages

Cal.com, Calendly, the Google Calendar booking page or any https link. A variable inserts it into your messages.

Email reminders

When a meeting is booked, you get a reminder the day before and another one an hour before.

A follow-up ready to send

If the person did not show up, a follow-up message is prepared. You read it and send it yourself.

Limits. Automatic tracking of booked meetings relies on a Cal.com webhook that you set up. With another tool, the real length of the slots is set in that tool.
Growth plan

Wake up your CRM, write by email, connect your tools.

Wake up dormant contacts

Import a CSV file, or read your contacts from HubSpot or Pipedrive, up to 5,000 contacts. Sales Farmer finds the ones that went quiet, then you follow up by email and on LinkedIn.

Email as a second channel

Email steps in the same sequence as LinkedIn, from your own mailboxes (up to 3). A reply received in the mailbox stops the sequence, and every email carries an unsubscribe link.

Integrations and webhooks

HubSpot, Pipedrive and Slack connect directly. Zapier, Make, n8n or a signed webhook receive accepted invitations, replies and new prospects as they happen.

Limits. You remain responsible for your contact base and how you use it. Email depends on your domain's reputation: 30 emails a day per mailbox by default, 100 at most, on weekdays from 8 am to 6 pm (Paris time). The CSV export of a campaign stays open to every plan.
Results

Four figures, compared with the period before, and a report by email.

A single page

People contacted, invitations accepted, replies received, meetings booked, over 7 or 30 days, with the gap against the previous period and the detail by origin.

What you can do

The page suggests the useful actions of the moment: handle replies, resume the campaign, add people or reconnect the extension.

A report by email

Every day or every week, early in the morning, at your account address. It is off by default, and a link lets you unsubscribe.

Limits. With few people contacted, rates swing a lot from one week to the next: the page says so and asks you to wait. Results show up about three days after the first messages. Meetings are only counted if you have added your booking link.
FAQ

Any questions?

Which features are reserved for the Growth plan?

Email steps from your mailboxes, dormant CRM contacts, direct integrations and webhooks, enrichment credits, A/B tests and the Watchlist without a profile limit. The rest is included in Starter.

Are automatic replies compulsory?

No. They are off by default. You turn them on after reading their limits, and you can go back to manual approval at any time.

Do I need to keep Chrome open?

Yes. The extension sends the messages and reads the profiles from your browser, with your LinkedIn session. If it stops responding, nothing goes out.

Have the prices changed?

No. Starter costs $15 a month and Growth $39 a month, excluding VAT, with a 14-day trial and no credit card.

Ready to try? 14 days, no credit card.

Watchlist

Know who to contact today, and why.

Paste your prospects' LinkedIn profiles. The Watchlist watches them and spots what changes: a funding round, a hiring push, a post, a new job. Every day it ranks who to contact and writes a first message that mentions the reason.

Try it free 10 profiles included in Starter
Watchlist

How it works.

1

Paste profiles

One or several LinkedIn links, one per line, or every prospect in a campaign. Duplicates and non-LinkedIn links are flagged before anything is added.

2

The Watchlist watches them

The Chrome extension visits each profile about every 6 hours, from your own browser. Each profile shows its status: waiting, watched, checked a while ago.

3

You reach out at the right time

Signals land in Results, newest first. The "To contact today" list tells you who to start with.

Write

A first message that mentions the reason.

One click on "Write" suggests an invitation, a first message and a follow-up, based on each person's signal. Edit them, see what the person will read, then send them to a new campaign or a running one.

Four signals, one ranking.

Funding and new job

The two strongest signals: money to spend, or someone rethinking their tools.

Hiring and posts

A company hiring on your topic, a person posting about it: you have a reason to write.

Hot, warm, lukewarm

The ranking weighs the strength of the signal, its freshness (it loses half its weight each week) and signals landing together.

10 profiles included in Starter. The Watchlist comes with the Starter plan, on 10 watched profiles, with the counter in front of you. The Growth plan ($39 a month) watches unlimited profiles and adds automatic rules, for example: "when a watched profile raises funds, add them to this campaign".
FAQ

Questions?

How does the Watchlist spot signals?

The Sales Farmer Chrome extension visits the profiles you watch, about every 6 hours, from your browser and with your LinkedIn session. Chrome needs to be open, with the extension and LinkedIn signed in.

Does the watched person see it?

They may see your visit in "Who viewed your profile", as if you had opened their page yourself. Your caps and time slots stay the ones you set.

How many profiles can I watch?

10 on the Starter plan. The Growth plan removes that limit and adds automatic rules.

What happens when I contact someone?

The person leaves the "To contact today" list as soon as they are added to a campaign. They come back on their next signal.

Can I edit the suggested messages?

Yes. The invitation, the first message and the follow-up are editable, with a preview of what the person will read and the 200-character count for the invitation note.

Your next customer may have just changed jobs.

Try the Watchlist for 14 days, no credit card required.

Comparison

Waalaxy alternative: how Sales Farmer compares.

In short

Waalaxy and Sales Farmer both automate LinkedIn, and both add email on a higher plan. At Waalaxy, that is the Business plan, with cold email, listed at €69 per user per month with annual billing. At Sales Farmer, it is the Growth plan, at $39 a month, with emails sent from your own mailboxes. For LinkedIn alone, Sales Farmer Starter costs $15 a month with no commitment, or $149 a year. Waalaxy's Pro plan is listed at €19 per user per month with annual billing, for 300 invitations a month.

Waalaxy and Sales Farmer both automate invitations, messages and follow-ups on LinkedIn. They differ on price, included volume and the channels they cover.

Pricing

How much does Waalaxy cost in 2026?

Waalaxy lists three plans on its pricing page. The entry plan, Pro, costs €19 per user per month with annual billing, for 300 LinkedIn invitations a month.

  • Pro: €19 per user per month, 300 invitations a month, unlimited campaigns and CRM sync.
  • Advanced: €49 per user per month, 800 invitations a month, API access and Make, Zapier and n8n modules.
  • Business: €69 per user per month, adding cold email sequences and 500 email finder credits a month.

These are the prices shown by default, with annual billing. The page also offers monthly and quarterly billing, with a stated discount of 50% for annual and 20% for quarterly. We did not record the prices for those two other periods. Every plan includes a 14-day free trial (source: Waalaxy pricing page).

On the Sales Farmer side, the Starter plan costs $15 a month with no commitment, or $149 a year, which works out to $12.42 a month. The Growth plan, which adds email from your own mailboxes, costs $39 a month. Details are on the Sales Farmer pricing page.

The right pick

Waalaxy or Sales Farmer: which one should you choose?

Both tools can combine LinkedIn and email on a higher plan. The choice comes down to price, email-finding credits and how prospects reach your CRM.

Waalaxy is a very good fit if…

  • You want more email-finding creditsThe Business plan combines LinkedIn and cold email, with 500 email-finding credits a month. Sales Farmer Growth includes 300, shared between emails and mobile numbers.
  • Your prospects need to land in your CRMIts pricing page lists a sync with more than 2,000 tools, from the Pro plan up. In Sales Farmer, the prospect list exports to CSV, and the Growth plan sends accepted invitations, replies and new prospects to Zapier, Make, n8n or your CRM by webhook.
  • Your team already uses itAccording to its pricing page, more than 200,000 salespeople, founders and teams trust it. A trained team saves time, and any tool change takes some getting used to.

Sales Farmer is a fit if…

  • LinkedIn first, email when you need itThe Starter plan costs $15 a month, for LinkedIn alone. The Growth plan, at $39, adds email steps to your sequences, sent from your own mailboxes.
  • You want to know who to contact todayThe Watchlist tracks 10 profiles and flags funding, hiring, a new post or a job change. The suggested message mentions the signal.
  • You want to limit the cost of tryingIf nobody replies within 30 days of your first payment, you get it back. The condition: you ran a campaign and sent at least 100 invitations.
Good to know. LinkedIn limits invitations itself, whatever the tool: around 100 to 120 a week on a free account, according to our LinkedIn limits benchmarks. That cap applies with Sales Farmer as much as with Waalaxy. One more limit on the Sales Farmer side: the extension runs in Chrome, so a campaign waits for the next time slot while the computer is off.
Switching tools

How do you move from Waalaxy to Sales Farmer?

1Step 1

Export your prospects

Waalaxy exports your lists to CSV. Remove the people who already replied, so you don't follow up with someone you spoke to last week.

2Step 2

Import and copy your messages

Import the CSV into a campaign, or rerun your original LinkedIn search with the filter for profiles active in the last 30 days. Copy your messages into a sequence, with the {{role}} (job title) or {{city}} (city) variables and fallback text for empty fields.

3Step 3

Two tools on the same account add up their sends. Pause your Waalaxy campaigns, set your caps and time slots, then launch the campaign.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions about Waalaxy and Sales Farmer

Something else? Email us at [email protected]

How much does Waalaxy cost in 2026?

The Waalaxy pricing page lists €19 per user per month for the Pro plan, €49 for Advanced and €69 for Business, with annual billing. Every plan includes a 14-day free trial.

Is Sales Farmer cheaper than Waalaxy?

With annual billing, Sales Farmer Starter works out to $12.42 a month, against €19 per user per month for Waalaxy Pro. Sales Farmer is also available at $15 a month with no commitment. For email, compare Waalaxy Business, at €69 per user per month billed annually, with Sales Farmer Growth, at $39 a month.

Does Sales Farmer do cold email like Waalaxy Business?

Yes, on the Growth plan, at $39 a month. A sequence can mix LinkedIn steps and emails sent from your own mailboxes: up to three, with Gmail, Outlook, OVH or another provider. Each mailbox sends 30 emails a day by default, 100 at most, and the sequence stops as soon as the prospect replies. The Starter plan stays on LinkedIn. For large email volumes, a dedicated email tool remains a better fit.

Is my LinkedIn account at risk?

No tool can promise zero risk, Sales Farmer included. The extension uses your own session in Chrome, and you set the daily caps, the time slots and the delay between two tasks. Targeting matters as much as volume: lots of ignored invitations weigh more than a steady pace.

Can I try Sales Farmer before leaving Waalaxy?

Yes. The trial lasts 14 days, with no credit card. Run a small campaign on a separate list, then compare acceptance and reply rates. While both tools run on the same account, keep an eye on their combined invitations.

Compare on a real campaign.

14 days free, no credit card. After that, if nobody replies within 30 days of your first payment, you get it back, under the conditions on the pricing page.

Comparison

Kanbox alternative: how Sales Farmer compares.

In short

Kanbox is a very good fit if you track conversations in a kanban pipeline and want automation that runs in the cloud, with your computer off. Its Starter plan is listed at €15 a month with annual billing and €25 with monthly billing, for 300 imports a month and one campaign at a time. Sales Farmer costs $15 a month with no commitment, or $149 a year, with no monthly import quota.

Kanbox and Sales Farmer automate LinkedIn prospecting at similar entry prices. They differ on included volume, how you track conversations and where the automation runs.

Pricing

How much does Kanbox cost in 2026?

The right pick

Kanbox or Sales Farmer: which one should you choose?

It depends on what matters most to you: managing your conversations in one place, or reaching more people each month.

Kanbox is a very good fit if…

  • You track deals in columnsThe kanban pipeline and the LinkedIn inbox, with labels and filters, are at the heart of Kanbox. Sales Farmer tracks campaign stages, with no sales board.
  • Your computer doesn't stay onKanbox runs in the cloud. Sales Farmer runs through Chrome: with the computer off, the campaign waits for the next time slot.
  • You also need email addressesEmail finding is part of the Kanbox Starter plan, with credit packs on top. The Sales Farmer Starter plan does not include it: that takes the Growth plan, at $39 a month.

Sales Farmer is a fit if…

  • You reach more than 300 people a monthSales Farmer sets no import quota and no limit on the number of campaigns. LinkedIn's own limits stay the same (see our benchmarks).
  • You want to know who to contact todayThe Watchlist tracks 10 profiles and flags funding, hiring, a new post or a job change. The suggested message mentions the signal.
  • You want a refund guaranteeIf nobody replies within 30 days of your first payment, you get it back. The condition: you ran a campaign and sent at least 100 invitations.
Good to know. The Kanbox Essential plan goes up to 600 imports a month and three simultaneous campaigns, for €30 per LinkedIn account per month billed annually (€45 billed monthly). If the single Starter campaign is your only constraint, compare with that plan too. Kanbox also gives you one more trial day than Sales Farmer.

With annual billing, Sales Farmer Starter works out to $12.42 a month, against €15 for Kanbox Starter. With monthly billing, it is $15 against €25. Volumes differ too: 300 imports a month and one campaign on Kanbox Starter, no import quota on Sales Farmer.

Does Sales Farmer have a kanban pipeline?

No. Sales Farmer shows each prospect's stage (invited, accepted, message sent, replied) and the rates per campaign. If you manage sales in columns, Kanbox meets that need better, or keep your CRM alongside.

Does my computer need to stay on?

With Sales Farmer, yes: tasks go out when Chrome is open and logged in to LinkedIn. With the computer off, the campaign resumes at the next time slot. Kanbox runs in the cloud and has no such constraint.

Test it on a real campaign.

The right pick

lemlist or Sales Farmer: which one should you choose?

It depends on your channels. For LinkedIn and email, both tools work. For SMS, calls or WhatsApp, only lemlist offers them.

lemlist is a very good fit if…

  • You prospect across several channelsA single sequence can go through email, LinkedIn, a call and an SMS. Sales Farmer sticks to LinkedIn and, on Growth, email.
  • You start without a listThe database of more than 650 million contacts supplies emails and phone numbers. With Sales Farmer, you start from a LinkedIn or Sales Navigator search.
  • You watch a whole marketlemlist signals cover many event types, in batches of 100 a month. The Watchlist tracks 10 profiles.

Sales Farmer is a fit if…

  • LinkedIn brings most of your meetingsThe Starter plan costs $15 a month and covers LinkedIn alone. You build your sequences of invitation, message and follow-up there, and the Growth plan adds email steps.
  • You follow a few key accountsThe Watchlist is included for 10 profiles. It flags the right moment and suggests a message that mentions the signal.
  • You work alone or in a small teamThe Team plan costs $19 per seat per month, on a single invoice.
Good to know. lemlist prices are per user, Sales Farmer prices are per account or per seat, so the amounts don't compare one to one. Above all, lemlist includes a contact database, which Sales Farmer does not have, and email sits at the core of the product. In Sales Farmer, email is a sequence step, reserved for the Growth plan. LinkedIn's own invitation limits apply whatever the tool (see our benchmarks).

Frequently asked questions about lemlist and Sales Farmer

Something else? Email us at [email protected]

How much does lemlist cost in 2026?

The lemlist pricing page lists the Email plan from $55 a month and the Multichannel plan at $87 per user per month, with annual billing. With monthly billing, it is $69 and $109. The free trial lasts 14 days, with no credit card.

Why don't lemlist and Sales Farmer cost the same?

The two tools don't cover the same scope. lemlist Multichannel includes unlimited email, SMS, calls and a contact database, for $87 per user per month billed annually. Sales Farmer costs $15 a month for LinkedIn alone, and $39 with email (Growth plan).

Can Sales Farmer replace lemlist?

If your prospecting runs through LinkedIn and email, the Growth plan covers both: emails go out from your own mailboxes, 30 a day per mailbox by default. Sales Farmer has no contact database, though: your prospects come from LinkedIn, and their addresses from the Growth enrichment credits. For SMS or calls, keep lemlist.

Do Sales Farmer signals cover as many cases as lemlist's?

No. The Watchlist tracks 10 profiles, included in Starter, and spots four events: funding, hiring, a new post, a job change. lemlist sells its signals as an add-on, in batches of 100 a month, across many event types. For a handful of key accounts, the Watchlist can be enough; to watch a whole market, lemlist goes further.

Is my LinkedIn account at risk?

Comparison

Linked Helper alternative: how Sales Farmer compares.

In short

Linked Helper costs the same as Sales Farmer on a monthly basis: its Standard plan with local storage is listed at $15 a month per license, like Sales Farmer Starter ($15 a month). On a 12-month term, Linked Helper drops to $8.25 a month, below the $12.42 a month of Sales Farmer on annual billing. The difference is not the price: Linked Helper is desktop software, Sales Farmer is a Chrome extension with a daily overview, the Watchlist and, on Growth, email.

Linked Helper and Sales Farmer both automate LinkedIn at a similar entry price. They differ on where the tool runs and on what surrounds the sequences.

Pricing

How much does Linked Helper cost in 2026?

Linked Helper Standard starts at $15 a month per license with local storage, and falls to $8.25 a month on a 12-month term.

  • Standard, local storage, 1 license: $15 a month on a 1-month term, $13.33 a month on 3 months ($40 in total), $10.05 a month on 6 months ($60.30), $8.25 a month on 12 months ($99). The page shows discounts of 11%, 33% and 45% by term, and volume discounts for several licenses.
  • Cloud storage: from $16.50 a month. The automation still runs in the desktop app; the workspace data is stored on Linked Helper servers instead of your device.
  • Pro: priced above Standard (we did not record the amount). It removes the 20-per-day caps on eleven advanced actions and adds CSV export of message history, webhooks and more data credits.

Standard includes AI-personalized messages, AI ICP detection, an AI commenter, unlimited campaigns and 620 data credits a month. The free trial lasts 14 days with no credit card (source: Linked Helper pricing page).

Not necessarily. At the monthly rate both cost $15 a month. On a 12-month term, Linked Helper Standard is $8.25 a month against $12.42 a month for Sales Farmer Starter on annual billing. Compare the format and the features rather than the price alone.

What is the difference between Linked Helper and Sales Farmer?

Linked Helper is desktop software, installed on your computer or a VPS. Sales Farmer is a Chrome extension with a web dashboard, a "My day" home screen, the Watchlist for buying signals and, on the Growth plan, email steps.

Can Sales Farmer replace Linked Helper?

For LinkedIn sequences, yes. If you rely on its enrichment features, its Pro caps or volume discounts across many licenses, Linked Helper fits better.

What makes a good invitation

A reason to write, and nothing to sell.

A reason, not a compliment

Say why you are writing to this particular person: a new role, a post, a hiring push. A generic compliment is spotted right away, and it lowers your acceptance rate.

No offer in the note

The note is there to get accepted. Your offer comes later, in the first message, and only if the conversation allows it.

Short and readable on mobile

Two sentences are enough. Most invitations are read on a phone, between two meetings. What does not fit on the screen does not get read.

How many characters can a LinkedIn connection note have?

200 characters on a free account, 300 with Premium or Sales Navigator. Every note from this tool fits in 200 characters, so it works on any account.

Should I always add a note to my invitation?

No. An invitation without a note is often accepted when the profile is well targeted. A note is worth it when you have a real reason to write, like a new role or a recent post. On a free account, LinkedIn also limits how many personalized notes you can send per month.

Is anything I type sent anywhere?

No. The generator runs entirely in your browser. The first name, company and topic never leave the page and are not stored.

How do I send these messages to many prospects?

Paste the note you like into Sales Farmer and replace the first name with the first name variable. The tool then sends the invitation and the first message to every profile on your list, with a daily cap you set.
