Risks for your LinkedIn account
Step 1 · Get your farm ready
Install the extension, set your pace.
The Chrome extension connects your LinkedIn account. You set the delay between two actions and the hours when Sales Farmer can sow your requests.
It takes about five minutes.
Step 2 · Prepare your field
Pick who to reach.
Run your search on LinkedIn or Sales Navigator, or describe your ideal customer to the ICP Finder and let it build the search for you. Sales Farmer then pulls every profile in one click.
You can keep only the people who were active on LinkedIn in the last 30 days, so your invitations go to people who will actually see them.
The sharper your target, the more replies you'll get.
Step 3 · Plant your seeds
Write your sequence, launch the campaign.
Personalize your message. Invitations then go out a few at a time each day, never in bursts.
0invitations sent on a typical campaign
Step 3 · Follow up
Follow-ups go out on their own, no spam.
Every accepted invitation triggers your message, then the follow-ups you planned, with natural delays. Everything stops as soon as the person replies.
0invitations accepted out of those 160
Step 4 · Harvest your sales
Sales Farmer sows, you harvest the customers.

A farmer works the field with the right tools. Business owners need tools just as simple and affordable to grow. That's where Sales Farmer comes from: a no-frills tool at a fair price, built for solopreneurs, freelancers and small businesses.
Your LinkedIn searches, turned into a campaign in one click.
The extension adds a button to your LinkedIn and Sales Navigator searches. Profiles go straight into the campaign you pick, with their name, company and job title.
A regular search is enough. If you already have Sales Navigator, its filters let you go narrower.
From a CSV or by hand
Already have a list? Import it as a CSV, or add a profile you know.
Active profiles only
The "Active on LinkedIn in the last 30 days" filter drops dormant accounts. Your invites go to people who will actually see them.
From a post
People who react to or comment on a post are often your warmest leads. The extension grabs them too.
The lead list
Every lead, at its own stage.
First name, last name, company, titleEditable, and exportable to CSV whenever you want.
Where each lead standsInvited, accepted, message sent, reply received: one icon per stage.
Add leads along the wayA running campaign still takes new leads.
Good to know. Extraction only sees what LinkedIn lets you see. A profile outside your network may show up without a full name, depending on your account type.
Not sure which filters to pick? Tell us who you are and what you sell. ICP Finder works out the job title to target, runs the search and sets up the campaign.
Sales rep, real estate agent, founder, recruiter, marketer. Your pick shapes the messages we suggest.
2
Describe your business
A few sentences will do, like "I build websites for law firms."
3
Your lead list
Check the profiles you want to keep, export them to CSV or open the campaign that's already set up. Profiles with no activity in 30 days are hidden.
What ICP Finder won't do. It can't guess your market for you. The sharper your description, the better the list. A vague sentence gets you a vague list.
With or without a note. Invites without a note get accepted about 10% more often, and adding a note requires LinkedIn Premium.
The message and follow-ups
One message after they accept, then as many follow-ups as you like, each with its own delay.
The delays
In minutes, hours or days after the last action. Acceptance is checked every 8 hours.
Personalization
A message about the right person.
On top of first name, last name and company, your messages can mention each prospect's role and city. Nothing goes out with a blank.
{{role}}: the role
Just the job title, taken from the LinkedIn headline. "Sales Director @ Acme | I help…" becomes "Sales Director". A slogan instead of a title? The variable stays empty rather than wrong.
{{city}}: the city
Taken from the LinkedIn location. "Austin, Texas, United States" becomes "Austin". Filled for prospects added from a search or the ICP Finder.
A fallback text
{{company|your company}} writes "your company" when the data is missing. The editor tells you how many prospects are affected and shows the message exactly as it will be sent.

A useful benchmark. The large 2026 studies put average acceptance between 20 and 30%, and replies around 10%. A small, well-targeted list often beats a big one. The details are in our article on LinkedIn rates.
From 0 to 120. We recommend 40, and fewer for a new account.
Messages per day
From 0 to 120. We recommend 50.
Time slots
One slot for each day of the week. The default is 8 am to 6 pm.
Delay between tasks
From 1 to 10 minutes. We recommend 2 minutes.
Let's be straight. No automation tool makes an account untouchable, so be wary of any that promise it. LinkedIn mostly restricts accounts that send lots of invites nobody accepts. Tight targeting protects you as much as a low cap does.
The extension connects the app to LinkedIn. It runs your campaign tasks during your time slots, with your own session, and adds extraction buttons to LinkedIn.
You do everything yourself. Sales Farmer handles your LinkedIn prospecting while you take care of the clients you already have.
In short
A solopreneur prospects on LinkedIn when there's time, which means rarely. An automated campaign keeps invitations and follow-ups going out while you work. You define your target once, write a message that sounds like you, and only come back to reply. Sales Farmer costs about as much as a streaming subscription and takes five minutes to set up.
You don't have a salesperson. Sales Farmer runs in the background while you deliver for clients, and it doesn't ask for an hour of your day.
Stay visible without thinking about it
Regular, personalized follow-ups with your network, even in the weeks when you have no time to think about it.
Don't rely on a single source of clients
Word of mouth and referrals show up when they feel like it. Prospecting that runs all the time smooths out the slow months.
How it works
Three steps, that's it.
1Step 1
Describe your ideal client
Industry, company size, job title: ICP Finder finds the matching LinkedIn profiles, no manual searching.
2Step 2
A message that sounds like you
Write a template once. Each contact's first name and company fill in on their own.
3Step 3
Just reply
Sales Farmer handles sending and follow-up. You only see the replies, and the rest of your time goes to your actual work.

LinkedIn is full of homeowners, fellow agents and past clients. Sales Farmer automates outreach while you're at showings and appointments.
In short
On LinkedIn, a real estate agent doesn't go after "homeowners" at random. There are three audiences the platform lets you identify: professionals relocating into or out of your market, local business owners and independent professionals, and referral partners who hear about moves before anyone else, like closing attorneys, financial advisors and mortgage brokers. Twenty invitations a day at most and one local post a week are enough to turn it into a steady source of appointments.

Invitation note, someone moving in
Hi {{first name}}, I saw you're moving to [city]. I've been a real estate agent here for [number] years. Happy to connect if I can be of help.
First message
Thanks for connecting, {{first name}}. When people move to [city], the real question is usually the neighborhood: [neighborhood A] for [perk], [neighborhood B] for [perk]. Are you looking to buy, or to rent while you settle in?
Helpful follow-up
{{first name}}, I have a one-page guide to the neighborhoods of [city]: schools, commute times to [job hub], the feel of each area. Want me to send it over?
Yes, for reaching people you can identify by job and city: professionals moving in or out, business owners and independent professionals, and referral partners like closing attorneys, financial advisors and mortgage brokers. It adds to your local network and your time in the field. It doesn't replace them.
How do you get listings from LinkedIn?
Target the situations that come before a sale (a move out of the area, a retirement, a change in someone's finances), build relationships with referral partners, and stay visible in your market with one post a week.
Do I need Sales Navigator for real estate prospecting?
Not to start. Free search with a location filter is enough for a local target. Sales Navigator becomes useful for filtering recent job changes.
How many invitations should I send per day?
Start at 5 per business day and work up gradually to about 20, only if your acceptance rate holds steady. User reports put the limit at around 100 invitations a week.
Can I prospect private individuals on LinkedIn?
Yes, as long as you follow privacy rules: introduce yourself clearly, only message people your message is relevant to, and remove anyone who asks not to be contacted, no questions asked.
How much does Sales Farmer cost for a real estate agent?
The Starter plan costs $15 a month with every feature included, and a 14-day trial with no credit card.
LinkedIn prospecting for all your clients, in one place.
The Team plan puts your team's LinkedIn accounts on a single invoice, with one campaign and one set of tracking per client.
In short
An agency that prospects on LinkedIn for its clients needs three things: one campaign per client, simple numbers to show, and a tool the team picks up fast. With Sales Farmer, every LinkedIn account that prospects gets its own Team seat, all on one invoice, and every campaign shows its acceptance rate and reply rate.
Your reps don't need one more piece of software to learn. They need their invitations and follow-ups to go out without having to think about it.
In short
A sales team gets more out of a shared LinkedIn prospecting tool when each rep keeps their own account and their own messages. Sales Farmer is sold by the seat, takes one morning to learn, and never follows up with a prospect who has already replied.
How does the “first reply in 30 days” guarantee work?
If nobody has replied to your LinkedIn messages 30 days after your first payment, we refund that first payment. One condition: you launched at least one campaign and sent at least 100 invitations during those 30 days. Email [email protected] and the refund goes out within 7 days.
What does “price locked for life” mean?
For any subscription started before December 31, 2026, your price never changes while the subscription stays active, even if our prices go up later. If you cancel and come back, the current price applies.
Do prices include tax?
No. Prices are shown in US dollars, excluding tax. Any applicable tax is added based on your country and status.
What happens when the trial ends?
Your campaigns pause. Pick a plan and they pick up right where they left off. Nothing gets charged without your consent, since the trial doesn't ask for a card.
Can I switch plans along the way?
Yes. You move from Starter to Team inside the app, and you can change the number of seats at any time.
Why is the price so low?
Because the tool does one thing. A single, well-tuned automation costs less to run than a suite of fifty features.

What triggers a restriction
LinkedIn watches three things.
Volume in a short window
A hundred invitations in one hour stand out far more than a hundred spread over a week.
Ignored invitations
A pile of pending invitations, or invitations marked as unwanted, weighs heavily. LinkedIn reads it as poor targeting, whatever your volume.
Rhythm
Actions at perfectly regular intervals look like a bot. Varied delays look like a person.
Setting up Sales Farmer
The settings we recommend.
New or barely active account20 invitations a day for the first two weeks, then 40.
Established account40 invitations and 50 messages a day, on weekdays.
Delay between tasks2 minutes. Going shorter gains you very little.
Pending invitationsWithdraw any older than three weeks.

Do you talk about prospecting, LinkedIn or tools for freelancers? Recommend Sales Farmer. You earn 30% of every payment your referrals make, for as long as they stay subscribed.
Technology should be within everyone's reach. Software keeps a business running, and it's unfair that it stays out of reach for most people. Sales Farmer exists so you can keep doing what you love and keep offering your services to your community without going broke.
You prepare the soil, sow, let it grow, then gather what took. Nobody expects a harvest the day after planting. LinkedIn prospecting runs on the same calendar: a campaign needs a few days for its first replies and a few weeks to show what it can do.
A farmer plows better with the right tools. So does a freelancer. We built ours like a farm tool: sturdy, simple, and sold at the price of a tool.
Our principles
Simple. Affordable. Built for you.
One automation, done right
Invitation, message, follow-ups, stop on reply. We add a feature when almost everyone needs it, never to pad a pricing page.
A price that doesn't creep up
$15 a month, everything included. No credits to top up, no basic feature locked behind a higher plan.
Your account comes before our numbers
Cautious settings by default, and no promise of zero risk. A restricted account does nobody any good.
What we refuse to do
Three things you won't see here.
Made-up numbers
The rates shown on this site come from demo campaigns, and we say so. The benchmarks on the blog cite their sources.
Twenty-step workflows
If you need them, other tools do that very well. We're not chasing them.
Bot-run support
A real person answers, by email or chat, and helps you set up your first campaign.
Paste your prospects' LinkedIn profiles. ICP Spy watches them and spots what changes: a funding round, a hiring push, a post, a new job. Every day it ranks who to contact and writes a first message that mentions the reason.

A first message that mentions the reason.
One click on "Write" suggests an invitation, a first message and a follow-up, based on each person's signal. Edit them, see what the person will read, then send them to a new campaign or a running one.
Four signals, one ranking.
Funding and new job
The two strongest signals: money to spend, or someone rethinking their tools.
Hiring and posts
A company hiring on your topic, a person posting about it: you have a reason to write.
Hot, warm, lukewarm
The ranking weighs the strength of the signal, its freshness (it loses half its weight each week) and signals landing together.
10 profiles included in Starter. ICP Spy comes with the Starter plan, on 10 watched profiles, with the counter in front of you. The Growth plan ($39 a month) watches unlimited profiles and adds automatic rules, for example: "when a watched profile raises funds, add them to this campaign".
FAQ
Questions?
How does ICP Spy spot signals?
The Sales Farmer Chrome extension visits the profiles you watch, about every 6 hours, from your browser and with your LinkedIn session. Chrome needs to be open, with the extension and LinkedIn signed in.
Does the watched person see it?
They may see your visit in "Who viewed your profile", as if you had opened their page yourself. Your caps and time slots stay the ones you set.
How many profiles can I watch?
10 on the Starter plan. The Growth plan removes that limit and adds automatic rules.
What happens when I contact someone?
The person leaves the "To contact today" list as soon as they are added to a campaign. They come back on their next signal.
Can I edit the suggested messages?
Yes. The invitation, the first message and the follow-up are editable, with a preview of what the person will read and the 200-character count for the invitation note.
Waalaxy is a very good fit if you prospect on LinkedIn and by email: its Business plan, with cold email, is listed at €69 per user per month with annual billing. Sales Farmer is built for teams that prospect on LinkedIn only, at $15 a month with no commitment or $149 a year. As of October 3, 2026, Waalaxy's entry plan, Pro, is listed at €19 per user per month with annual billing, for 300 invitations a month.
Waalaxy and Sales Farmer both automate invitations, messages and follow-ups on LinkedIn. They differ on price, included volume and the channels they cover.
Waalaxy lists three plans on its pricing page. The entry plan, Pro, costs €19 per user per month with annual billing, for 300 LinkedIn invitations a month.
Pro: €19 per user per month, 300 invitations a month, unlimited campaigns and CRM sync.
Advanced: €49 per user per month, 800 invitations a month, API access and Make, Zapier and n8n modules.
Business: €69 per user per month, adding cold email sequences and 500 email finder credits a month.
These are the prices shown by default, with annual billing. The page also offers monthly and quarterly billing, with a stated discount of 50% for annual and 20% for quarterly. We did not record the prices for those two other periods. Every plan includes a 14-day free trial (source: Waalaxy pricing page, October 3, 2026).
On the Sales Farmer side, the Starter plan costs $15 a month with no commitment, or $149 a year, which works out to $12.42 a month. Details are on the Sales Farmer pricing page.

The right pick
Waalaxy or Sales Farmer: which one should you choose?
It mostly depends on your channels. If email is part of your prospecting, Waalaxy covers that need and Sales Farmer does not.
Waalaxy is a very good fit if…
You also prospect by emailThe Business plan combines LinkedIn and cold email in the same campaigns. Sales Farmer sends no email.
Your prospects need to land in your CRMIts pricing page lists a sync with more than 2,000 tools, from the Pro plan up. In Sales Farmer, the prospect list exports to CSV.
Your team already uses itAccording to its pricing page, more than 200,000 salespeople, founders and teams trust it. A trained team saves time, and any tool change takes some getting used to.
Sales Farmer is a fit if…
LinkedIn is your only channelThe Starter plan costs $15 a month, with no email module. You build your LinkedIn sequences of invitation, message and follow-up.
You want to know who to contact todayICP Spy tracks 10 profiles and flags funding, hiring, a new post or a job change. The suggested message mentions the signal.
You want to limit the cost of tryingIf nobody replies within 30 days of your first payment, you get it back. The condition: you ran a campaign and sent at least 100 invitations.
Good to know. LinkedIn limits invitations itself, whatever the tool: around 100 to 120 a week on a free account, according to our LinkedIn limits benchmarks. That cap applies with Sales Farmer as much as with Waalaxy. One more limit on the Sales Farmer side: the extension runs in Chrome, so a campaign waits for the next time slot while the computer is off.
Switching tools
How do you move from Waalaxy to Sales Farmer?
1Step 1
Export your prospects
Waalaxy exports your lists to CSV. Remove the people who already replied, so you don't follow up with someone you spoke to last week.
2Step 2
Import and copy your messages
Import the CSV into a campaign, or rerun your original LinkedIn search with the filter for profiles active in the last 30 days. Copy your messages into a sequence, with {{role}} or {{city}} and fallback text for empty fields.
3Step 3
Pause the old tool, then launch
Two tools on the same account add up their sends. Pause your Waalaxy campaigns, set your caps and time slots, then launch the campaign.

FAQ
Frequently asked questions about Waalaxy and Sales Farmer
As of October 3, 2026, the Waalaxy pricing page lists €19 per user per month for the Pro plan, €49 for Advanced and €69 for Business, with annual billing. Every plan includes a 14-day free trial.
Is Sales Farmer cheaper than Waalaxy?
With annual billing, Sales Farmer Starter works out to $12.42 a month, against €19 per user per month for Waalaxy Pro. Sales Farmer is also available at $15 a month with no commitment. The two tools don't cover the same needs: Waalaxy offers cold email on its Business plan, Sales Farmer does not.
Does Sales Farmer do cold email like Waalaxy Business?
No. Sales Farmer works on LinkedIn only. If email is part of your process, the Waalaxy Business plan or a dedicated email tool will meet that need better.
Is my LinkedIn account at risk?
No tool can promise zero risk, Sales Farmer included. The extension uses your own session in Chrome, and you set the daily caps, the time slots and the delay between two tasks. Targeting matters as much as volume: lots of ignored invitations weigh more than a steady pace.
Can I try Sales Farmer before leaving Waalaxy?
Yes. The trial lasts 14 days, with no credit card. Run a small campaign on a separate list, then compare acceptance and reply rates. While both tools run on the same account, keep an eye on their combined invitations.
Compare on a real campaign.
14 days free, no credit card. After that, if nobody replies within 30 days of your first payment, you get it back, under the conditions on the pricing page.

Kanbox lists four plans on its pricing page. The entry plan, Starter, costs €15 a month with annual billing and €25 with monthly billing.
Starter: €15 a month billed annually, €25 billed monthly. 300 prospect imports a month, one campaign at a time, email finder, LinkedIn inbox with labels and filters.

You reach more than 300 people a monthSales Farmer sets no import quota and no limit on the number of campaigns. LinkedIn's own limits stay the same (see our benchmarks).
You want to know who to contact todayICP Spy tracks 10 profiles and flags funding, hiring, a new post or a job change. The suggested message mentions the signal.
You want a refund guaranteeIf nobody replies within 30 days of your first payment, you get it back. The condition: you ran a campaign and sent at least 100 invitations.
Good to know. The Kanbox Essential plan goes up to 600 imports a month and three simultaneous campaigns, for €30 per LinkedIn account per month billed annually (€45 billed monthly). If the single Starter campaign is your only constraint, compare with that plan too. Kanbox also gives you one more trial day than Sales Farmer.

How do you move from Kanbox to Sales Farmer?
1Step 1
Export your prospects
Kanbox exports your lists to CSV. Keep a separate note of prospects already in conversation in your pipeline, and follow those up by hand.
Pause the Kanbox campaign, set your caps and time slots, then launch.
As of October 3, 2026, Kanbox Starter is listed at €15 a month with annual billing and €25 with monthly billing. The Essential plan costs €30 per LinkedIn account per month billed annually, the Pro plan €50. Every plan includes a 15-day free trial, no credit card.
Kanbox or Sales Farmer, which costs less?
With annual billing, Sales Farmer Starter works out to $12.42 a month, against €15 for Kanbox Starter. With monthly billing, it is $15 against €25. Volumes differ too: 300 imports a month and one campaign on Kanbox Starter, no import quota on Sales Farmer.
Does Sales Farmer have a kanban pipeline?
No. Sales Farmer shows each prospect's stage (invited, accepted, message sent, replied) and the rates per campaign. If you manage sales in columns, Kanbox meets that need better, or keep your CRM alongside.
Does my computer need to stay on?
With Sales Farmer, yes: tasks go out when Chrome is open and logged in to LinkedIn. With the computer off, the campaign resumes at the next time slot. Kanbox runs in the cloud and has no such constraint.
Test it on a real campaign.

lemlist or Sales Farmer: which one should you choose?
It depends on your channels. If LinkedIn is only part of your prospecting, lemlist covers the rest and Sales Farmer does not.
lemlist is a very good fit if…
You prospect across several channelsA single sequence can go through email, LinkedIn, a call and an SMS. Sales Farmer stays on LinkedIn.
You start without a listThe database of more than 650 million contacts supplies emails and phone numbers. With Sales Farmer, you start from a LinkedIn or Sales Navigator search.
You watch a whole marketlemlist signals cover many event types, in batches of 100 a month. ICP Spy tracks 10 profiles.
Sales Farmer is a fit if…
LinkedIn brings most of your meetingsThe Starter plan costs $15 a month and covers LinkedIn only. You build your sequences of invitation, message and follow-up there.
You follow a few key accountsICP Spy is included for 10 profiles. It flags the right moment and suggests a message that mentions the signal.
You work alone or in a small teamThe Team plan costs $19 per seat per month, on a single invoice.
Good to know. lemlist prices are per user, Sales Farmer prices are per account or per seat, so the amounts don't compare one to one. Above all, lemlist includes a full email platform and a contact database, which Sales Farmer does not have. LinkedIn's own invitation limits apply whatever the tool (see our benchmarks).

How do you hand LinkedIn over to Sales Farmer?

How do you spot the right moment to contact a prospect?
As of October 3, 2026, the lemlist pricing page lists the Email plan from $55 a month and the Multichannel plan at $87 per user per month, with annual billing. With monthly billing, it is $69 and $109. The free trial lasts 14 days, with no credit card.
Why don't lemlist and Sales Farmer cost the same?
The two tools don't cover the same scope. lemlist Multichannel includes unlimited email, SMS, calls and a contact database, for $87 per user per month billed annually. Sales Farmer costs $15 a month and works on LinkedIn only.
Can Sales Farmer replace lemlist?
Only if your prospecting runs mostly through LinkedIn. Sales Farmer sends no email and has no contact database. You can also keep an email tool for that channel and hand LinkedIn to Sales Farmer.
Do Sales Farmer signals cover as many cases as lemlist's?
No. ICP Spy tracks 10 profiles, included in Starter, and spots four events: funding, hiring, a new post, a job change. lemlist sells its signals as an add-on, in batches of 100 a month, across many event types. For a handful of key accounts, ICP Spy can be enough; to watch a whole market, lemlist goes further.

Pick your trade and your prospect's situation. The tool suggests three connection notes under 200 characters, then a first message for once they accept. Everything runs in your browser: nothing is sent, nothing is stored.
Three connection notes
No strict limit, keep it short.
Send them automatically to 100 targeted profiles with Sales Farmer
Keep the note that sounds like you, and Sales Farmer sends the invitation, then the first message, to every profile on your list, at the pace you set. 14 days free, no credit card.
Say why you are writing to this particular person: a new role, a post, a hiring push. A generic compliment is spotted right away, and it lowers your acceptance rate.
No offer in the note
The note is there to get accepted. Your offer comes later, in the first message, and only if the conversation allows it.
Short and readable on mobile
Two sentences are enough. Most invitations are read on a phone, between two meetings. What does not fit on the screen does not get read.
How many characters can a LinkedIn connection note have?
200 characters on a free account, 300 with Premium or Sales Navigator. Every note from this tool fits in 200 characters, so it works on any account.
Should I always add a note to my invitation?
No. An invitation without a note is often accepted when the profile is well targeted. A note is worth it when you have a real reason to write, like a new role or a recent post. On a free account, LinkedIn also limits how many personalized notes you can send per month.
Is anything I type sent anywhere?
No. The generator runs entirely in your browser. The first name, company and topic never leave the page and are not stored.
How do I send these messages to many prospects?
Paste the note you like into Sales Farmer and replace the first name with the first name variable. The tool then sends the invitation and the first message to every profile on your list, with a daily cap you set.
