Short answer: Waalaxy's Pro plan is listed at €19 per user per month with annual billing, for 300 invitations a month. Five tools start cheaper in 2026: Octopus CRM (from $6.99 a month billed yearly), Linked Helper ($15 a month, no commitment), Sales Farmer ($15 a month, $149 a year), Kanbox (€15 a month billed yearly) and LeadConnect, which has a very limited free plan. Every price below was checked on the tool's official pricing page on October 1, 2026.
How much does Waalaxy cost in 2026?
From Waalaxy's pricing page, checked on October 1, 2026:
| Waalaxy plan | Listed price | LinkedIn invitations | Email finder credits |
|---|---|---|---|
| Pro | €19 per user per month | 300 per month | 25 per month |
| Advanced | €49 per user per month | 800 per month | 25 per month |
| Business | €69 per user per month | 800 per month | 500 per month |
These are the prices shown by default, with annual billing selected (the page advertises up to 50% off yearly and 20% off quarterly). When we checked, selecting "Monthly" did not display a different price, so we do not quote a monthly rate. Every plan has a 14-day free trial, and the LinkedIn inbox is a paid add-on. Business is the only plan with cold email sequences and multichannel campaigns.
Waalaxy is a complete, well known tool. People who look for an alternative usually have a specific reason: budget, a monthly invitation quota, or a simpler need.

How we picked: the tool must automate LinkedIn invitations and messages, list an entry price below Waalaxy Pro on its official page, and that price must be readable without creating an account. We only found five, Sales Farmer included. Rather than padding the list with more expensive tools, we grouped those further down.
Octopus CRM: the cheapest on paper
Octopus CRM is a Chrome extension that automates invitations, messages, profile visits and skill endorsements. Its four plans cost $9.99, $14.99, $21.99 and $39.99 a month without commitment, or $6.99, $9.99, $14.99 and $24.99 a month billed yearly. All come with a 7-day trial and no credit card. It has the lowest entry price on this list; compare what each tier includes before picking the cheapest.
Linked Helper: lots of settings, on your computer
Linked Helper is a desktop app. The Standard plan starts at $15 a month per license without commitment, with discounts of 11% for 3 months, 33% for 6 months and 45% for 12 months. It covers invitations, message sequences and reply detection; the more expensive Pro plan lifts the 20 messages a day limit to group and event members and gives more data credits. For people who like to tune every detail of a campaign.
Sales Farmer: simple LinkedIn prospecting at a low price
This is our tool, so here are the facts, limits included. Sales Farmer costs $15 a month without commitment, or $149 a year, with a 14-day free trial. The plan includes unlimited campaigns and messages: invitation, acceptance check, messages and follow-ups, which stop when the prospect replies. ICP Finder builds a first prospect list from a sentence describing your business, and the analytics show who accepted and who replied. Pacing is set with a daily cap, active time slots and a delay between actions.
Its limits:
- It is a Chrome extension. Actions run through your browser, so your computer has to be on during your sending hours.
- It is a LinkedIn tool first. Cold email is not yet open to all users; if multichannel is your priority, Waalaxy's Business plan and other tools already offer it.
- No job-specific message templates in the app yet; they are planned, along with a filter for profiles active in the last 30 days.
Dozens of real estate agents use it to prospect their area; if that is your job, see our page for real estate agents.
Kanbox: a LinkedIn inbox and a cloud tool
Kanbox runs in the cloud and puts its LinkedIn inbox, organized into pipelines, front and center. The Starter plan costs €25 a month without commitment, or €15 a month billed yearly, with one campaign at a time and 300 lead imports a month. The Essential plan goes to €45 a month (€30 billed yearly) per LinkedIn account, for 3 simultaneous campaigns. 15-day trial, no credit card.
LeadConnect: a free plan to try the idea
LeadConnect is a browser extension with a permanent free plan, limited to 2 invitations and 6 messages a day: enough to see how it works, not enough to prospect. The Professional plan costs $25.95 a month for up to 30 invitations a day, which puts it above Waalaxy Pro's listed price; its free plan is what puts it on this list.
What about tools that cost more than Waalaxy?
These tools are often listed as alternatives, but their entry plan costs more than Waalaxy Pro's listed price. Checked on their official pages on October 1, 2026:
| Tool | Entry plan | Source |
|---|---|---|
| Emelia | €31 / month billed yearly, €37 without commitment | emelia.io |
| Meet Alfred | $35 / month billed yearly, $59 without commitment | meetalfred.com |
| Dux-Soup (STACKED local) | $41.25 / month billed yearly, $55 without commitment | dux-soup.com |
| Dripify | $39 / user / month billed yearly, $59 without commitment | dripify.com |
| Botdog | $55.33 / month billed yearly, $79 without commitment | botdog.co |
| PhantomBuster | €56 / month billed yearly | phantombuster.com |
| Closely | $65 / month without commitment | closelyhq.com |
Several of them include email, data enrichment or cloud operation. If one of those is a must for you, the extra cost can be worth it.
Extension, desktop app or cloud: what difference does it make?
| Extension (Sales Farmer, Octopus CRM, LeadConnect) | Desktop app (Linked Helper) | Cloud (Kanbox, Waalaxy Business, several pricier tools) | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Where actions run | In your browser | On your computer | On the vendor's servers |
| Computer must be on | Yes | Yes | No |
| Price | Often the lowest | Low to mid | Often higher |
None of these models is allowed by LinkedIn, and none is risk free. What triggers most restrictions is volume, ignored invitations and automated patterns, whatever the tool: we lay out the facts in our guide to LinkedIn limits and the extension vs cloud question.
Which tool should you choose for your need?
| Your need | Where to look |
|---|---|
| The lowest possible price | Octopus CRM, billed yearly |
| Simple LinkedIn prospecting, with a prospect list built for you | Sales Farmer |
| Fine control over every action | Linked Helper |
| Not keeping your computer on | Kanbox or a cloud tool |
| Trying without paying | LeadConnect's free plan, or the free trials of the others |
| LinkedIn and email in the same sequence | Waalaxy Business or a pricier multichannel tool |
Price is only part of the cost. A badly targeted list wastes invitations whatever the tool: before comparing prices, define your ICP and prospect list.

FAQ
What is the cheapest alternative to Waalaxy?
On the official pages checked on October 1, 2026, Octopus CRM has the lowest entry price: $6.99 a month billed yearly, $9.99 without commitment. LeadConnect has a free plan, but it is limited to 2 invitations a day.
How much does Waalaxy cost per month?
The pricing page lists €19, €49 and €69 per user per month for the Pro, Advanced and Business plans, with annual billing selected. When we checked, it did not show a different price for monthly billing.
Does Waalaxy still have a free plan?
The pricing page checked on October 1, 2026 does not show a free plan, only a 14-day trial on every plan and an inbox add-on with 500 free conversations.
How much does Sales Farmer cost?
$15 a month without commitment, or $149 a year, with a 14-day free trial.
Is a cheaper tool riskier for my LinkedIn account?
Price says nothing about risk. LinkedIn prohibits automation tools of every kind, and restrictions mostly come from volume, ignored invitations and automated patterns. A moderate pace and a well targeted list matter more than the choice of tool.
Which tool should I pick for email and LinkedIn together?
Among the cheaper tools on this list, none puts cold email at the heart of its entry plan. At Waalaxy it is the Business plan; several pricier tools such as Emelia or Dripify include it from their first plan.
