Short answer: Waalaxy is a well-known tool with an entry plan at €19 per user per month, 300 invitations a month on that plan and more than 2,000 connectable apps. Sales Farmer costs $15 a month and focuses on validating people before sending and on a cautious ramp-up. Choose Waalaxy to combine LinkedIn and email or plug in many tools, and Sales Farmer to decide who gets contacted, at a low price.
We publish Sales Farmer, so we have a stake in this comparison. Every fact about Waalaxy comes from its public pages, read on October 28, 2026. When a page says nothing, we write "not specified", which does not mean the feature does not exist.
What does each tool do?
Waalaxy automates invitations, messages and follow-ups on LinkedIn, and by email with its top plan. Its home page says it respects LinkedIn's limits.
Sales Farmer does LinkedIn prospecting in two modes. In manual mode, you build the campaign step by step. In automatic mode, you describe your business and the tool suggests people with a reason and a heat level (Hot, Warm, Lukewarm). You validate them, then invitations and follow-ups go out. Email is reserved for the Growth plan.

Where Sales Farmer stands out
Each person comes with a reason. In the validation screen, every suggested person carries a heat level and the actions that explain it, with a link to the post concerned. You untick the ones you do not want. Waalaxy describes no validation before sending on the pages read.
The ramp-up is written down and visible. Ten invitations a day at the start, then 25% more each week up to the cap you set. A refusal from LinkedIn or a very low acceptance rate pauses sending, with a sentence that says why. These values are cautious estimates: LinkedIn publishes no weekly cap.
The entry price is lower. $15 against €19 shown. The gap is four euros a month, and it barely widens if you need the features of the Growth plan.
Where Waalaxy is better
Email and integrations. Your sequence mixes LinkedIn and email? You want to sync a CRM without moving to a €49 plan? Waalaxy says more: HubSpot and Pipedrive integrations, more than 2,000 apps, a documented API. With us, the CRM and integrations start at the Growth plan.
A quota stated in numbers. Waalaxy shows 300 or 800 invitations a month depending on the plan. Sales Farmer sets caps per account, which you adjust, without offering a guaranteed monthly number.
The size of the product. Waalaxy has existed longer and offers features we do not describe here (a LinkedIn inbox as a €20 a month add-on, email search with credits). We did not compare these options point by point.
What neither tool solves
LinkedIn prohibits third-party software that automates activity on its site. Its "Prohibited software and extensions" page says it permits none and that using one can lead to account restriction. A careful tool reduces the exposure, and none removes it. Our page LinkedIn limits 2026 details caps and delays.
And a badly targeted list wastes invitations either way. Before comparing prices, see how to define your ICP.
Choose Sales Farmer if...
- you prospect alone or in a small team on LinkedIn and want to validate each person before sending;
- you want a slow, visible start, with an automatic pause if acceptance falls;
- you want the cheapest entry plan with prospecting that suggests the people itself.
Choose Waalaxy if...
- you want LinkedIn and email in the same sequence, and the Business plan suits you;
- you need many integrations or the API from the entry plan;
- you prefer a monthly quota shown up front to caps you set yourself.
If in doubt, test both for 14 days on the same small list of 30 people and compare the time spent and the quality of replies. See also our full comparison and Sales Farmer at a low price.
FAQ
Is Sales Farmer cheaper than Waalaxy?
At entry level, yes: $15 a month against €19 per user per month shown by Waalaxy, whose page does not say whether VAT is included or what the billing period is. At an equivalent plan (Growth at $49 a month, Advanced at €49), the two tools sit at the same displayed price level.
Does Waalaxy offer A/B testing?
The pricing page and home page read on October 28, 2026 do not say. At Sales Farmer, A/B testing is in the Growth plan, with at least 30 sends per version before a verdict is given.
Can I do email with Sales Farmer?
Yes, with the Growth plan, up to three email inboxes. Waalaxy offers multichannel with its Business plan at €69 per user per month.
Which tool is safest for my LinkedIn account?
We cannot claim one is. LinkedIn prohibits both kinds of tools, and the risk depends mostly on volume, ignored invitations and how regular the sending is. Choose a moderate pace, whatever the tool.
