Short answer: according to Waalaxy's official help center, updated on 8 July 2026, the free version ("Freemium") allows no automation at all: you keep your prospects and campaigns, and you can only import prospects from a CSV file. To send invitations and messages automatically you need either the 14-day free trial or a paid plan, from €19 a month (Pro) to €69 a month (Business) according to the pricing page read on 5 October 2026. Watch out for the trial: if you do not cancel it, it turns into a Business subscription.
What exactly does Waalaxy's free version include?
Very little, and the help center says so plainly. It describes Freemium as "limited access to the application": all your data stays available, but you cannot "use any automation feature", and you import prospects from a CSV file, nothing else (our translation, Waalaxy Help Center, "What are our different plans?", 8 July 2026, accessed 5 October 2026, in French).
The pricing page, for its part, shows no permanent free plan in its grid: it displays three paid plans and a 14-day free trial (Waalaxy, Pricing, accessed 5 October 2026). So Freemium exists, but you find it in the help center rather than on the sales page.
In practice, with Freemium you send no invitation, no message and no follow-up. You keep a list and find your campaigns in it. A filing tool, not a prospecting tool.
How does the free trial work, and where is the trap?
When you create an account (signing in with LinkedIn), Waalaxy automatically offers a free trial of the Business plan, its most complete one. The pricing page announces 14 days. Three details in the help center are worth reading before you click:
- A credit card is required. The trial with automatic billing needs a valid credit card, with no charge at activation.
- The trial is offered only once. It is available only when the account is created: afterwards you can no longer activate or reactivate it, even manually.
- The first payment is not announced. Without cancellation, a monthly Business subscription starts when the trial ends. The help center gives a standard price of €139 a month, varying by country, and states that "no reminder is sent" before the first charge.
The help center also gives the way out: cancel from Settings, Invoices, "Cancel my free trial". The account then falls back to Freemium with no data loss, and you keep full Business access until the 14 days are over.
Put the date in your calendar the day you sign up. A reminder from you beats a €139 charge you had not decided on.
What are Waalaxy's paid plans?
The pricing page read on 5 October 2026 shows three plans, with 20% off quarterly and 50% off annual billing:
| Plan | Displayed price | Invitations | What the page highlights |
|---|---|---|---|
| Pro | €19 per user per month | 300 a month | Unlimited campaigns, automatic follow-ups, CRM sync |
| Advanced | €49 per user per month | 800 a month | Everything in Pro, plus API access, Make, Zapier and n8n modules, chat support |
| Business | €69 per user per month | 800 a month | Everything in Advanced, plus cold email sequences, LinkedIn and email campaigns, 500 email-finder credits |
The page does not say which billing period the displayed prices correspond to. Since the help center gives €139 for monthly Business and €69 is about half of that, these figures seem to match annual commitment: check the page's selector before comparing.
The daily quotas come from the help center: 11 invitations a day for Pro, about 300 a month; 80 to 100 a day for Advanced and Business, with a maximum of 200 invitations a week. Waalaxy recommends limiting daily actions to 30 per type while a LinkedIn account is not yet active, to avoid a restriction.
For whom is the free version enough?
For one situation only: you want to organise prospects and prepare lists without sending anything. An imported CSV, drafted campaigns, a tracking table. That can work for testing the interface or preparing before you buy.
It does not work as soon as you want to invite people. No automatic sending is possible, and inviting by hand on LinkedIn needs no tool at all.
When do you have to pay?
As soon as you want a sequence to run without you. The Pro plan at €19 (annual, by our reading) is the first step. Its quota of 11 invitations a day is a real limit: 300 invitations a month produce a number of new contacts that depends entirely on your acceptance rate. Our article on acceptance and reply rates gives the benchmarks to estimate what that volume brings.
One point deserves attention: a Waalaxy licence matches a single LinkedIn account, as the help center reminds you. If several people prospect, the price multiplies by the number of seats.
What alternatives exist if you want to try without paying?
Here is what the official pages of three tools say, read on 5 October 2026:
| Tool | Entry price | Trial | Source |
|---|---|---|---|
| Waalaxy Pro | €19 a month (period not stated on the page) | 14 days, card requested at sign-up per the help center | Pricing |
| Kanbox Starter | €15 a month billed annually, €25 monthly | 15 days, no credit card | Pricing |
| Sales Farmer Starter | $15 a month ($149 a year), €13 excl. VAT in France | 14 days, no credit card | Pricing |
A price table does not say everything. Waalaxy remains a full-featured tool, with a LinkedIn inbox and a long list of integrations; at Sales Farmer, sending email from your own mailboxes exists only in the Growth plan ($39 a month, €35 excl. VAT in France). Our detailed comparisons are on the Waalaxy alternative page and in Cheaper Waalaxy alternatives.
